Plankton: Il film

I liked that this time it was about plonkton, and karen instead of spongebob. He was as evil as ever but I am glad in the end we actually got to hear about their love story and that he didn't choose the krabby patty formula over her. It was really cool knowing their origin story. As for these other reviews, saying it was better than sandy cheeks movie, that is a different style, and just overall pretty alright as well with some adventure. This was a bit cooler for the fact it was about the most amazing guy ever, Plonkton! Knowing she has different personalities and that fight scene getting plonkton to her, was quick but nicely paced., we all wanted him to get to his wife already to find out what would happen next!

This movie is a fun and nostalgic experience, especially for those who grew up watching SpongeBob SquarePants. It stays true to the humor and charm of the series while giving us an interesting look into Plankton's world. I really enjoyed learning about Karen's origin and how she became Plankton's sidekick, it was a great addition to his character and added more depth to their relationship.

The musical moments were simple but entertaining, capturing the lighthearted spirit of SpongeBob movies.

The 3D animation is different from what I was used to, but it looked smooth, colorful, and visually appealing.

However, the script isn't perfect, and the humans acting at the end was TERRIBLE. It completely took me out of the experience. Despite that, it's still an enjoyable movie, and I would rate it 7/10.

Plankton wants to steal the Krabby Patty formula again and take over the world. It goes badly and Karen has had enough. She magnetizes the Chum Bucket which attracts all the metal in Bikini Bottom. She turns into a mega three-headed evil robot using all the metal to create a giant robot. In flashback, Karen is shown to be a calculator and a potato.

This is a Spongebob musical concentrating on Plankton and Karen. They used a variety of animation styles. It's interesting. The story isn't all that much. I'm not sure that it deserves a full movie treatment. I do like some of the songs. Maybe this is better as different smaller segments. It does run a bit long.

I was very plesantly surprised by this quite touching portrait of a character we have known for a while.

A love story of the kind in which two people have been together for a while, there is a lot to unpack in this relationship with a very satisfying character arc and admirable they never compromise on Plankton as a villain. He isn't an anti-hero, he is a villain forced into temporary alliance and it plays very well.

Squidward gets cut a break and Patrick is thankfully de-emphasized but is still there.

The songs are alright, there are some super moments of humor and I loved a lot of sequences using contrasting styles of animation.

They do this thing with Sandy, Mrs Puff and Pearl sort of being a friendship group and it really works; there is the right amount of irony to pull it off.

I really am as surprised as anyone, I thought this would be painful like the Sandy Movie.

Better than Sponge on the Run but not as good as Sponge out of Water.

I wish I had of seen it before, Spongebob is funny, brilliantly creative and has some nice colourful effects that'll be enjoyed by the kids. The Movie felt fresh as a daisy, and Beutifullly colourful as a rainbow.

The creativity is great, the Karen Monster, the other worlds, the world that was destroyed, the humour and the colourful effects, which is what made it slightly enjoyable in that sense, because the world-building is great, and the other storyline is fine, some clichéd written words, but other then that the creativity and the humour is to be adored.

The story wasn't rushed, and the pacing was fluid and neatly done. Nothing felt too quick or too slow, everything was understandable and the story flowed well, especially under water. Although the final act could of been stretched more, as it did feel too quick, BUT as I said the rest of the movie was paced fluidly and calmly, not too quick and not too slow, just right.

The kids will love this movie, it's going to also be admired by the adults as some of the jokes were actually relevant to today, that's why they are good, and some are different which is great. Also this movie could of used Spongebobs friends more to do a musical, as most of the musicals were mostly fine, but they were better with his other characters, I just felt as if it wasn't as strong or represented the best of Bob, and Plankton.

I'd rate this film a 6 Because I enjoyed the effects, the Humour, and the story. But a few things could of been done to improve it in my opinion, But overall Decent fun time, and no more then that.
