Whoever thought that putting the law enforcement officer on first thing in the second episode was clearly not thinking straight. That man's blatant display of 'look at me' was the worst display of self-promotion. Imagine being tapped to be on a documentary about a murderer and you want to take the time to talk about how amazing you are and then have the nerve to show your department's promo video?!?!
Aside from that horrendous display, the show is slow, boring and contains so many supposed family/friends that don't add any value. Especially the one in Florida - geez.
Only two episodes and it's not worth the time I've wasted. I love true crime, this is just disappointing.

Can I have those 3 hours of my life back?!?? To sum up the series, mental health issues can run in families. Seek help. If you see signs in your family members get them help! No mystery or suspense in this series. Followed by horrible interviews by bar tenders, sheriffs, friends, and other law enforcement. Failures by law enforcement lead to the second death. Seriously a waste of time. Why they allowed her to enter a plea bargain to stay close to her kids and grandkids is beyond me. She should have gotten the death penalty in Florida. Save yourself and go find a different documentary to watch.
To the Producer...how do I get 2 hours of my life back?
Too much nonsensical fluff filler in there.
And that so called " police" chief in Fort Myers. I bet he just stands in front of his mirror multiple times and flexes his arms. I thought Trump was a narcissist, this guy is horrific.
Why was this woman even worthwhile if a documentary? It was just another "Dateline" without Keith Morrison and the commercials.
This could have been wrapped into an hour on TV with commercials.
Please folks, do yourself a big favour and watch something else. ...You will thank me in the long run. To the Producer/director..the movie industry is not your forte.

We're sort of programmed at this point to expect these murder / crime documentaries to have twists. There aren't really any twists in this story. It's a pretty straight forward story of a lady who slowly ruined her own life through her own actions and then just as things were looking like she'd be hitting rock bottom she took it all to another level and started murdering people. I think the documentary does a good job of covering as much of the story as neutrally as possible which is rare these days. Most documentaries have an agenda and lean way into it. They do a good job of saying her side and everyone else's side. In the end she probably deserved the death penalty. The lady sucked the money out of every person she could and when that ended she murdered them and moved onto the next. Now she's sucking money out of society and it should end there.
I hadn't heard of this story and I found it piqued my interest. I watch a lot of true crime documentaries and this the first I felt obligated to comment on. I was so thankful for the directors/ producers for not showing the same repetitive scenes. I was glad to hear the different perspectives of the friends and family. I think they did a great job of telling this
womans story. I think the length was just right and kept me interested and wanting to hear more. Most already know how it ends, so getting to hear how she got there without so much repetition, like others I've watched, made it more enjoyable. As a viewer I appreciated that alot!
