The Eyes Don't Have It

Neill is a man with only eyes. He needs a face, so he is brought to a "face shop" which is sort of latter day Mr. Potato Head. The cartoon runs us through efforts to provide that face for him. It is sort of like Nightmare Before Christmas in its ethos. Still, it is intriguing in its own way.
