WHY does this show rely so heavily on unrelated talking heads? Sure, we hear from some important participants involved in The Series. BUT, producers shove in the rest. Is Chris Connelly contractually obligated to be in these things? HE HAS ONE LINE. Plus, the shrieking other "critics" and whoever they are. Very cringe at times.

In general, this special is tedious at best. It barely touches on much of anything, except the stuff EVERYONE already knows.

The 40th deserves better.

You have to wonder how desperate streamers must be, to actually put content like this on their site.

I am sick of Tubi showing bargain basement tripe.

Upon initially viewing this, it had a "five star" rating, which isn't bad, for the found footage (of which this actually is not) genre. However, it's obvious that the "filmmakers" spammed this site with a few high scores.

Yuck.

For about fifteen minutes, this had me quite interested. Slow paced, but involving.

Then it just gets stupid. Pointless. The nighttime scenes in the woods look as if they were filmed on the edge of a football stadium. WHAT is the source of all that light? (Supposedly, a full moon. Really?)

The plot? I have no idea what is actually going on at the end. It's either quite basic, or randomly complicated. I certainly must be missing something, because otherwise, this is a patchwork of random, well, nothingness.

The fawning reviews online are cringe, and total BS. (Wanna-be festival "film critics.")
