I think this movie is the best Kendrick movie. Absolutely loved it and cried throughout the movie with the strong messages that it gave. The young man that played the lead was very good in the role. I loved Miss Clara role again. I would watch this over and over and cannot wait for them to come out with a new movie hopefully in the near future. The movie had some twists in it that were not expected and a strong message of forgiveness. I love these faith based movies and now days are the only types of movies I will watch. I loved all the actors in this movie and recognised them from other movies.

I am not surprised at the low rating as every Christian movie gets a bad rap. When I see the low rating I know it is going to be a fantastic movie as anti Christians love to put down Christian movies. Loved this movie and will recommend it to everyone I know. Give me this movie any day instead of all the dark evil movies out at the moment. The cast were great and the scene where they were singing before the execution brought tears to my eyes. Pure faith

I loved and cried through this wonderful movie. The persecution of Christians was hard to watch but this has been going on for centuries. The acting was top notch and do not understand why anyone would not like this movie. I guess if you are a believer and love Jesus with all your heart this helps to understand what Christians went through and are willing to die for their faith. I would recommend this to everyone I know and could watch it again. It would be great to have individual movies on all of Jesus Apostles and how they preached the words of Jesus far and wide and lived true to the words of Jesus.
