I just finished watching a detective K Drama and searched online to see what I could watch next .

First Responders came up in most lists so I thought I would give it a chance even though I wouldn't ordinarily select this type of genre .

Wow and double wow !

I was hooked .

Sheer adrenaline and suspenseful once you pass the first few episodes which all had important stories to tell.

As the series progressed, I grew to love each character development and storylines.

The female lead was just too accomplished to believe to be true and the camaraderie a bit too unbelievable? ( Perhaps it is something we would all love to be part of - a cooperative team which respects one another and takes on responsibilities? Ah well, a lovely dream ...)

I enjoyed the CSI approach and learnt some new things myself ha ha ha...

Series 2 was non stop suspense and a shocking outcome occurred early in the series ...how could that be ? I think I cried for most of the following episode.

The last episode of S2 seemed a bit rushed and missing a section, but still wrapped everything up nicely. ( I understand there were delays to filming and release due to ill health/stress caused by filming the series ) .

Although there aren't many reviews on IMBD , there are plenty of backfill stories and cast information on other ( mainly Korean) sites .

I hope they bring out a Series 3 and keep as many characters as they can .

A great series with great drama, varying storylines, comedy , heart warming camaraderie and feel good vibes.

Enjoyed this different storyline including the very good action scenes and car chases were all excellently choreographed. The fight scenes gave the series an edge of the seat thrill.

The pro antagonist , played by Sung Yun - Ah , was someone to admire and dislike for her evil scheming ways , and had a power dressing wardrobe to die for

The male lead was not just pure " eye candy" but also had good acting skills plus great believable combat moves and showed an admirable fiery intensity with Sung Yun Ah .

The one character that was so annoying at best was Anna - simpering snivelling and timid throughout - I wished she had met her end in episode 1 . Her character was superfluous and unnecessary and detracted from the main story of political intrigues and revenge .

Some of the characters were overacting or overdramatising their scenes and the maniacal laughing was totally unnecessary and a big turnoff from otherwise a good watchable series .

Yes I do recommend this watchable series.

An enjoyable lighthearted watch with a good solid cast , nonsensical spy trends, but perfectly acceptable light entertainment value . Usual wise cracks and ridiculous plots but fun to watch . Don't know why some reviewers are so harsh judges ...it lacks the foul language and gore but it has great actors who are a pleasure to watch and enough intrigue and suspenseful action so it's okay and free with Amazon Prime ( maybe I'd feel different if I had to pay and view at the cinema but then a lot of movies I often feel I was so glad that I hadn't seen at the cinema theatre and this is definitely not one in that category) . It's good enough to recommend.
