Listen I'm not gonna sit here and lie about why I went to watch the film, I saw the trailer and Margaret looked hot AF and the story seemed interesting plus who doesn't like Demi Moore?

They both absolutely killed their roles and it felt like the movie itself was kinda about this movie of that makes any sense? Like Demi Moore is beautiful but I most of the time I just wanted to see Margaret. I'm not sure if this was intentional but it was a great addition to the message they were sending.

It does a great job at highlighting the over the top beauty standards that is pushed upon women and I like the way the message is delivered, at times it felt like I was watching a fun 80s horror film (I absolutely love those)

I mean if you're into that and want to see Demi Moore & Margaret Qualley nude this is a definite must watch for you. Plus Margaret Qualley twerks so like I can't not give this a 10/10.

I can definitely see myself watching it again.

First of all shout out to Willa Fitzgerald because my god she absolutely killed her role, she's as underrated as the roles she stars in and I can't wait fir her to finally get the recognition she deserves.

Strange Darling is actually pretty great, the aesthetic of the film was so captivating, mix that with the bright colours and grainy look (due to the whole filmed on 35mm film) it actually felt like I was watching something that could belong in the same conversation as Pearl.

This is a hidden gem that's isn't been spoken about enough and I have a feeling it has the potential to become a future cult classic.

The story is pretty decent, a little basic but enjoyable.

Listen I'm not going to sit here and lie about why I watched this film. I saw a post on social media showing Sydney Sweeney in the film and being a huge fan of Syd I just had to watch it.

But saying that, I actually pretty much enjoyed the film. I loved the aesthetic and tone of the movie. The story was a little boring at first but it sets in really quick and it becomes an easy watch.

The acting wasn't too bad either, I mean it's not the best but it's not unbearable and as I said I watched for one thing only and boy I wasn't disappointed. Honestly sitting through roughly an hour and twenty two minutes to see what I came for was totally worth it because I enjoyed the film.

I would've rated it a six because of the unrealistic ended but then I knocked it up by two points because well you know... ( . ) ( . )
