I don't really understand the high score on this episode or in this season so far. Barely anything happens and the dialogue is so cringy... I cannot believe it took the writers three years to come up with such poor dialogue and such weak character development. I mean who cares about two boys fighting over a girl? This season is such a disappointment!
Season 3 of And Just like That doesn't just fail to live up to Sex and the City - it actively insults its legacy. What once was groundbreaking television has been reduced to a shallow, poorly executed exercise in brand exploitation. It's hard to imagine even the most devoted fans finding anything to love here, aside from the distant memory of what this franchise used to be.
And Just Like That has completely lost the magic that made Sex and the City an iconic series. The sharp humor? Gone. The candid discussions about love, sex, and friendship? Now replaced with tedious lectures and contrived drama. The fashion, once a character in its own right, now feels gaudy and desperate. The original show captured the spirit of New York, the complexity of female friendship, and the messy beauty of adult life - all while being endlessly entertaining. And Just Like That feels like watching an Instagram-filtered version of that world, sanitized, empty, and utterly joyless.
So Just skip it, and remember Carrie, Miranda, Charlotte ( and Samanth as they were - not as this cheap imitation has reimagined them.

I enjoyed season 1 but was very let down by season two. Hence, I had decided to stop watching. Then I started watching season three and actually enjoyed what I was saying. Nevertheless, I'm up to episode seven and I'm left with more questions than I had at the end of season one. Writers need to understand that at one point we need to be given an answer if they want to keep us watching. Otherwise we'll just stop watching and that will be it. I feel like we're not going to get any answers this season. I am not sure I will tune in for season four if there is even a season four happening. This is all very disappointing.
