I happened to find this show scrolling through Netflix. I decided to try it, and I am glad I did. As a child of the '80s, I was already drawn in.
Watching the show, I realized how refreshing it is compared to television today.
Lucky for me, there are four full seasons to binge-watch.
This show is a hidden gem!

"Lessons in Chemistry," the recent miniseries based on Bonnie Garmus' novel, takes unnecessary creative liberties that detract from the original story. The most notable change is the forced incorporation of a black theme into a key character, which feels contrived and disrespectful to the source material. While the performances and production values are strong, the narrative shortcomings make this adaptation disappointing.
Fans of the book will likely be let down, and new viewers may find the story confusing and unengaging.

What is worse than a show trying to rip off a classic- Peacock is adding commercials at random times on a streaming service we paid to be ad free.
There is not much I can say about the actual show; other than that, it is unfunny, unoriginal, and very boring. A show that is trying way too hard.......!!!
