This could've been a season finale yet it's not. A true testament to the quality of storytelling on part of the production team behind Invincible.

Whilst i would have liked to have seen more of Angstrom Levy in this episode it's certainly implied he will be returning in future episodes. The premise of the episode follows the same story from the comics colloquially known as "The Invincible war". The episode takes place over 3 days as 18 variants of Invincible from alternate dimensions are sent to wreak havoc upon the world. All are evil in their own ways and possess different characteristics that could explain their reasoning for becoming evil.

Without giving any spoilers this is hands down one of the best episodes of the series. Arguably as good as season one's finale.

With certain films, you can tell when the director has made them simply for his own enjoyment. This is certainly one such film by Guy Ritchie. The Ministry of ungentlemanly warfare is a brash, mad, and bloody war flick that is quintessential of Guy Ritchie is set in the west coast of Africa in 1942. It follows Major Gus March-Phillips (Henry Cavil) as he leads a unsanctioned mission into a Spanish colony to destroy the main supply ship for the German fleet of u-boats in the Atlantic. This is inspired by the real life operation postmaster, in which March-Philips lead a small team of commandos to raid the Port of Fernando Po (part of modern Equatorial Guinea) with the aim of destroying the supply ship Duchessa.

March-Phillips is often regarded as the main inspiration for Ian Fleming's James Bond. Fleming himself has a minor role in the film as intelligence officer second to Cary Elwes' character known only as Brigadier M.

Without spoilers, this film is worth the watch. It's by no means Ritchie's best film, but definitely one of his funniest. Henry Cavil and Alan Ritchson (L. T Anders Lassen) both get to show off performances that are more comedic. Both commonly being cast as Hollywood strongmen. The rest of the cast produced solid performances. Such as Henry Golding and Danny Sapani. Rory Kinnear as Churchill however does feel like an odd choice. Kinnear isn't exactly old enough to take on the famous wartime leader, but does do his best given the makeup he's wearing doesn't really make him look that much like Churchill. It's by no means the worst performance in this film. Unfortunately that has to goto the very talented Eliza Gonzalez. Hers isn't a bad overall performance, however her accent isn't very good and doesn't come off as natural. But this is a common issue with North American actors so it's not a major fault just a noticeable one.

Overall worth watching and definitely worth a rewatch.

The best way to describe Ted Lasso is an introduction to English football (for Americans). But instead of dipping one's metaphorical toes into the shallows, Lasso is more akin to being thrown into the deep end.

Ted Lasso, an moderately successful American football coach is hired by fictional English premier league club AFC Richmond. The club being loosely inspired by real life EPL side Crystal Palace, even using its stadium Selhurst Park.

Lasso is brought on by club Chairman Rebecca Welton, who acquired the club from his ex-husband during their divorce. Wanting to spite her ex, Rebecca plots to run the club into the ground. The plan being that lasso's tenure will ensure the clubs relegation.

Despite not knowing anything about Association football, lasso is undeterred at coaching the team to victory. His can-do American attitude whilst amusing doesn't seem to impress his players at first, but over the series Lasso bonds deeply with his players. Slowly, he builds them up as individuals as well as a unit. With his simple philosophy of "believe" being the centrepiece of the "lasso way" of football.
