Superman is a classic it's has an amazing story about an infant child Kal-El/Clark Kent from planet Krypton crash to earth Smallville,Kansas. This movie has some great old fashion sci-fi. I like how this movie gives more details of what and where he's from. My favorite scene is when Clark Kent travels to where the crystal being built where Jor-El his father appears to give him information about where he comes from and what he is that scene just gets me every time. This classic should be in the top 250 a great dc movie.

After investigating a mysterious transmission of unknown origin, the crew of a commercial spacecraft encounters a deadly lifeform.
    DirectorRidley ScottStarsSigourney WeaverTom SkerrittJohn Hurt
What so original about Alien is we have our very first female action hero.Sigourney Weaver does a great job; Her character "Ripley" is the most toughest and brave character every portray. This the only sci-fi movie that does exploring very well which is hard to come by. I guess it's much easier on a space ship. This was a great intriguing sci-fi mix with horror movie. I also like to thank Alien for having an huge impact on women action heroes because there wouldn't be no Kill Bill, Underworld, Resident Evil, Hunger Games, and Divergent leading women in action trilogy.

This movie has some great action. What so great about Mad Max is how comfortable he is on this road rage journey. It's like this his home and his sanctuary like a road police saving and protecting others. I am really not a Mel Gibson fan but he is a good actor he has a lot heart and on screen charisma with different action movie this and the Lethal Weapon series.

After rewatching this sci-fi movie again I have to say this amazing.I love how modern this world is. This movie have a rusty sci-fi setting I love the downer underworld dark feel of this movie it's like "Dark City" but way more rusty. Blade runner is a beautiful world I would wanna live in.

This is one of the best post apocalypse sci-fi movie. So now he is sent above the surface before time runs out to see what or who caused it to save humanity kind.
  • Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith in Men in Black (1997)

James, an NYC cop, is hired by Agent K of a secret government agency that monitors extraterrestrial life on Earth. Together, they must recover an item that has been stolen by an intergalactic villain.
DirectorBarry SonnenfeldStarsTommy Lee JonesWill SmithLinda Fiorentino
All I have say is Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones make a great duo their chemistry just fits well. Will Smith character Kay is this silly sarcastic guy always trying to get his partner agent Jay to laugh but I like Tommy character because he's simple and honest. Jay character is very calm and relax and I'm just the same a quiet person. That's what make Men in a Black special to me it's a entertaining mix with light comedy and Sci-fi.
  • Milla Jovovich, Gary Oldman, and Bruce Willis in The Fifth Element (1997)

In the colorful future, a cab driver unwittingly becomes the central figure in the search for a legendary cosmic weapon to keep Evil and Mr. Zorg at bay.
    DirectorLuc BessonStarsBruce WillisMilla JovovichGary Oldman
I love the future setting of this movie,The Fifth Element did a great job with flying vehicles in the future. I remember the first time I saw The Fifth Element I was like how? How did they get the cars to fly like that. I also thought it was cool and different to do a car chase scene in the air instead of the ground very original. I also think The Fifth Element is ahead of its time because this sci-fi age well.
  • Haley Joel Osment in A.I. Artificial Intelligence (2001)

A highly advanced robotic boy longs to become "real" so that he can regain the love of his human mother.
DirectorSteven SpielbergStarsHaley Joel OsmentJude LawFrances O'Connor
I am into a lot of films base on robots and this is one of them.
I love the whole setting and plot about a boy robots trying to find a place were he belongs. This reminds me a lot like Pinocchio which what I love about it.
  • Michael J. Fox, Leonard Nimoy, James Garner, John Mahoney, David Ogden Stiers, Jim Varney, Jacqueline Obradors, Steven Barr, Corey Burton, Claudia Christian, Jim Cummings, Phil Morris, Don Novello, Patrick Pinney, Florence Stanley, Cree Summer, and Natalie Strom in Atlantis: The Lost Empire (2001)

Underrated sci-fi animation film mixture of fantasy and adventure when Milo and his crew goes on a quest and imaginary fantasy village world.
  • Will Smith in I, Robot (2004)

    14. I, Robot

In 2035, a technophobic cop investigates a crime that may have been perpetrated by a robot, which leads to a larger threat to humanity.
    DirectorAlex ProyasStarsWill SmithBridget MoynahanBruce Greenwood
Another movie about robots that I love so much. Will Smith did a great job. I love the connection with his character and the robot that was being framed for committing a crime. It's just shows that there could be friendly robots that would risk it all to protect the ones they love. I also think I, Robot is one of the most underrated sci-fi movies I feel so many overlook this movie but I love the story of the evolution robot and human beings.
  • Turbo Kid (2015)

    15. Turbo Kid

    20151h 33mNot Rated60Metascore
    6.7 (31K)
In a post-apocalyptic wasteland in 1997, a comic book fan adopts the persona of his favourite hero to save his enthusiastic friend and fight a tyrannical overlord.
DirectorsFrançois SimardAnouk WhissellYoann-Karl WhissellStarsMunro ChambersLaurence LeboeufMichael Ironside
This movie have great memorable characters Apple, The Kid and Skeletron. This suspense sci-fi is dark and mysterious comedy mix with sci-fi:like weird in a good way like Edward Scissorhands, Corpses Bride base on The Kid and Apple's friendship human and non human. I love the costume designing for each of the characters. I was mostly impress with Skeletron costume designing the "Iron skull mask" and the "Object on his hand" razor blades very original and creative. I also love the junkyard trash artwork setting a lot of creative art in this movie; including the Gore killing very interesting slices with blood. I also like that there's no vehicles only bmx bike riding in a post apocalypse wasteland.i even like the villain "Skeletron" he has a lot of humor towards him, the face expression he make is silly like a cartoon evil villain.
