    DirectorWilliam NighStarsBoris KarloffMaris WrixonGene O'Donnell
Boris Karloff stars as a doctor trying to find a cure for paralysis. This short movie is currently free on Amazon instant streaming, and I think it is worth the watch. The twist at the end is shocking and sad, but of course, this movie is from a time when happy endings ruled, so you will leave with a smile on your face.
  • Boris Karloff, Bruce Bennett, and Evelyn Keyes in Before I Hang (1940)
