The Sarmiento High-School is located in the most expensive neighborhood in Buenos Aires. Their students are from the Slum n°31 and from the middle classes too. The organization of the Student Center will bring social tensions.

During Argentina's dictatorship, Francisco Sanctis receives information about two people sentenced to "disappear." He must make a crucial decision: whether or not to risk his own life to save others.

Cecilia is a sociology teacher. One night the son of her maid desperately knocks on the door of her house. She doesn't open. The next day, his body shows up murdered by the police. Cecilia begins to be haunted by the young man's ghost.
