After being hassled and beat up by some LAPD officers, filmmaker Juan Pelotes decides to get revenge by creating a mockumentary that satirizes L.A.'s boys in blue. Enlisting the aid of two Latinos just released from police custody, Pelotes costumes his stars in police uniforms and follows them around the city with a camera, recording their staged antics of bullying citizens and propositioning beautiful women.

Knowing that their survival chance is very slim they decide to go and look for the girls and thereby unwillingly fall prey to the killers sadistic intent of utter destruction. As the night wears on, Joel and Paul must do anything they can to find the girls and last until daylight. Will they succeed or will they not emerge from the long and unforgiving night?
