Mickey, Donald, and Goofy are crewing a whaling ship. Their mishaps include Donald fighting off some hungry birds, Mickey and a bucket of water that keeps doing a boomerang impression, and Goofy firing the cannon and getting stuck high in the air, and ultimately inside a whale. And when he lands the whale well, let's just say they're gonna need a bigger boat...

Donald controls the hounds (or maybe they control him), and Goofy is riding on his shy horse, as the fox outwits both of them. Some other Disney characters are seen briefly in the hunting party at the end.

Donald Duck is Scoutmaster of his nephews on a camping trip at Yellowstone National Park, but his lack of leadership skills results in the Scouts having to help the Scoutmaster out of one predicament after another.

Three sleepy babies in a clog-boat sailing through the night sky attempt to fish with candy canes for very smart fish.

Donald and Goofy are trappers in the frozen south (Antarctica) with different approaches. Donald sees a penguin and dresses as one to lure her to the chopping block; Goofy baits a trap with fish (then acts like a walrus to capture one that steals his bait bucket).

Donald's sister Dumbella sends her three sons Huey, Dewey, and Louie to visit their uncle Donald. They prove to be quite a handful for Donald, even with help from his book on child rearing.

A group of moths invades a costume shop through a badly plugged hole in a window and makes quick work of the contents. A male moth ignores his lady to chow down on a hat and she's soon seduced by a candle flame, which rapidly spreads. He notices her trapped in a spider web with the fire attacking and makes some attempts to save her, but pours benzene on the fire by mistake. The rest of the moths are summoned, and they fight the fire with water-filled bagpipes, an air drop with a water-filled funnel, etc., while our hero works to free his lady from the spider web.

Donald is persuaded by his "evil" self to go fishing instead of school. His "better self" finds out and battles with his Devilish counterpart.

Mickey, Donald, and Goofy build a boat, but find it's harder than they had anticipated.

Donald hears a radio philosopher advise to laugh and count ten when he gets angry. He tries it successfully, then settles into his hammock for a nap. Between a caterpillar and the hen chasing it, he's soon tangled up and counting ten again. He also shrugs off a bird using his lemonade as a birdbath, but when a woodpecker attacks his apple tree, burying Donald in apples, he snaps.

Donald is the baggagemaster at a remote railway station. Part of the latest cargo shipment is Hortense the Ostrich, who is a bit too friendly with Donald, and who eats everything in sight, whether it's food or not (mostly not): a concertina, an alarm clock, some balloons, all of which start reacting when Hortense gets the hiccups.

Pluto wants to chase the sausage man, but Fifi convinces him to look after their five rambunctious puppies instead. The puppies end up in the basement, where they tangle with a compressed air tank, paint, a jug of hooch, and other hazards. Fifi returns and finds a drunk Pluto, paint on everyone, and gets very angry.

As a thunderstorm approaches, birds, mice and other creatures try to stay safe and dry in an old mill.

Donald Duck visits a museum of modern inventions; among the inventions he struggles with: a robot butler who keeps taking his hat; a package wrapping machine; a robot nursemaid; an automated barber chair.

The "fearless" Hiawatha is more of a lover than a fighter. He befriends the local forest animals and they help him when he's in a bind.

Goofy (front) and Donald (rear) are dressed in a female moose suit, trying to lure a moose for hunter Mickey. When they do find one, it turns out to be more than they can handle.

Insects gather at a night café to watch an Apache dance act and a jazz band with comical results.

Mickey hosts an amateur hour radio show. Among the acts: Donald forgetting the words to "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star"; Clara Cluck singing and chasing the microphone; and Goofy with an elaborate one-man-band contraption.

Donald is courting Daisy (called Donna, here in her first appearance) Duck in Mexico. He arrives on a burro, which doesn't get along at all well with her; she convinces him to buy a car. They head through the desert, but the car breaks down, and throws Donald out, then takes off on its own with Daisy trapped inside the rumble seat. The car hits a rock, throwing Daisy into a mud puddle, to Donald's excessive amusement. Daisy pulls a unicycle from her purse, and rides off.

Donald continually heckles Mickey's magic act, but Mickey bests him at every turn. Donald shoots off a magic pistol that causes all the stage props to fall down on them at the finish of the act.

The fly turns into the fighter, the mouse turns into the super mouse, the cat turns into the ferocious feline, Pluto turns into the attack dog and finally, the fire hydrant turns into the living hydrant.

Thrown out of the house into the backyard, the three kittens are sheltered by a giant Saint Bernard and are tormented by a turtle and a bluebird.

Morty Citymouse invites his cousin Abner Countrymouse for a visit and shows him the ways of the big city, including traps, eating quietly, and busy traffic.

A friend shipped Mickey a baby elephant, Bobo (not, apparently, related to the Warner Bros. Bobo) as a playmate for Pluto. Pluto's first introduction is to Bobo's trunk, through a fence. He's not thrilled, and marches away. The playful Bobo grabs Pluto's tail and follows. Pluto's devil self tells him he's being replaced, and tells him to attack with red pepper.

In their quest for survival, the Three Mouseketeers continually outwit Captain Katt. While he is in pursuit of them, the blind mice get mixed up in a collection of bottles, confusing Katt and causing him to be caught in his own traps.
