Rick and Morty - Seasons one to three are best. Season four is good, but it tends to go a bit downhill after that.
Solar Opposites - Seasons one to three are great, but anything after that is pretty much unwatchable.
Tour of Duty - Season one of Tour of Duty is when it was at its peak. The creators of the program had the most freedom at this point, and the production values are very impressive for an 80s television program; it was way ahead of its time. Seasons two and three are less action-oriented due to executive decisions that aimed to copy the formula of more popular female-oriented TV shows such as 'China Beach'. However, the writing and character development are really what make this series great, and that is unaffected in the later seasons. Terrance Knox and Stephen Caffrey are brilliant as the two main leads. If you are going to watch Tour of Duty, make sure to watch the version with the original sixties soundtrack, as some DVD releases have it removed due to copyright issues. There is a UK DVD release that has all the original music.
Quarry - The program was cancelled after the first season, despite it being very popular and highly rated. In my opinion, it's one of the best television programs ever made. Apparently, this was due to the channel wanting to rebrand its image, but I suspect it might have been something to do with where the series was heading with its story in regard to the opium smuggling that took place during the war.

- 'Rick and Morty' & 'Solar Opposites' were created by the same two people. Both programs suffer greatly from the loss of one of the original creators due to a truly bizarre decision to fire him over allegations that were later dropped due to insufficient evidence.
