At the tine of the Mexican Revolution, Valentina is torn between the love of two good men; one is the son of a ruthless rich man while the other is a poor, trouble maker who drinks. Who will win Valentina's favor?

In this romantic drama by Director Juan Orol, pretty Alma, (played by Rosa Carmina), decides to leave her home in sleepy Panama, and travel to Mexico City to live with her Aunt Antonia, (Dahlia Iniguez) and Uncle Manuel. Not long after her arrival in the big city, this beautiful country-girl catches the eye of a handsome local named Julio, (Jose Pulido) who becomes determined to win her heart.

Humble porter Anacleto is manipulated into divorcing his wife Esperanza by Ladislao, an unemployed Marxist activist who has his own crooked agenda. Meanwhile Rosita and Carlos, who grew up together, are secretly in love with each other.

Left alone after her mother runs off with another man and her father kills himself, Elena attempts to make a new life for herself in a new city. Believing he's a friend, Elena goes to dinner with "Pretty Boy" Lucio, but he drugs her champagne and sells her to Rosaura, who runs a brothel out of her nightclub. Elena becomes a sensation as a dancer, but all the while she nurtures plans of revenge against those who have conspired against her.

It is the story of a middle class conservative family at the time of the Mexican Revolution, the eldest daughter must respect the decision of her parents, and follow the traditions of using the wedding flowers her mother used.

Humble porters working in markets encounter Carmencita, a blind violinist busking on streets. But a misunderstanding causes her to flee and get hit by a car. They then try to raise money for an operation to restore her sight.

Cabaret Shanghai and its curvaceous star singer are just fronts used by a ruthless mafia boss to hide his illegal activities and to launder money.

A street-wise, trendy nightclub owner who did whatever he had to in order to succeed, is now determined to keep his younger brother out of the gutter. The plan is to keep his sibling on the straight and narrow path by having him become an educated professional, who,( unlike himself), remains unsullied by a life in the streets. While working towards this laudable goal, he inadvertently falls for a beautiful girl who is actually his little brother's fiancee. Things only get worse from then on.

This acclaimed crime-drama by Director Alejandro Galindo, (and co-directed by actor Jose Pulido, also one of this film's stars), is considered the prototypical example of "Cine Negra Mexicano, otherwise known as Mexican Film Noir, with a unique shadowy, black and white focus on its usual subjects-namely gangsters, cops, and good-girls-gone-bad. It tells the story of four gangsters who successfully ambush and rob a money transport vehicle, but not without killing its occupants in the process. After eluding the police, the quartet must hide out in the attic of a home belonging to one of their co-conspirator's mistresses. Their escape plans, nerves and fellowship all start to fracture, as the four must lie low in hot, cramped and dank conditions. Restored versions of Cuatro Contra el Mundo were featured at both the 65th Berlin International Film Festival in 2015, and the 12th annual FICM Mexican Cine Negra series, in collaboration with the Film Library of UNAM, Televisa Foundation, and the Nationale Cinematheque.

Carmelita is a blind girl who is in love with Jesus aka chucho but he marries Blanca instead. A well-off girl who renounces her inheritance to marry Chucho.

Angela "Doña Diabla" is a beautiful and rude woman who after her divorce swore to hate men. He also forbids the romance of his daughter Angelica with a ruffian named Adrian.

A boxer wins a championship but he is injured and forced to retire. After that he falls in love with a blind girl.

A naive and trusting trusting brother and sister team finally realize their shared dream of leaving their small, boring rural town, where everyone knows each other and their goings-on and are headed for the thrill, excitement and anonymity of the Big City, with its brightly lit and crowded night clubs, cabarets and dance halls. Once there, they meet up with an unsavory gigolo and con-man who "befriends" the innocent and unaware, while on the lookout to to take advantage of any fresh-faced and pretty young girls who are drawn to the city's nightclubs like moths to a flame.

She seems to be a happy woman with lots of happy young men in fabulous outfits by the seashore.
