Including many of the lower budget B movies as well as the more well known classics. Starting with the 1930's , there's a list for each decade. I'll sprinkle in just a few 1920s releases onto this list as I am not a silent film expert to do a seperate list for those. And I'll only sprinkle in a few foreign language movies onto this and the other lists as I'm no expert on those either. The goal is to give a flavor of the time as best as possible given that most of us weren't around then.

In September of 2015, I began volunteering at a retirement home where my girlfriend works. She is an activity director and had showed me the very professional theater the facility has for the residents. I was intrigued at the idea of being able to use the theater myself, and soon suggested that I show classic films to the folks. I had recently re-engaged my self with Amazon, and one of my scores was the new Blu ray boxed set released for the 70th anniversary of Citizen Kane. This would be the perfect venue to watch it; back on the big screen! Other than a handful of films and the Universal Monster movies, I never had considered myself a Classic-Movie guy. But since I've started showing the films to the audience that saw them when they were released in the 30s/40s/50s, learning about them and collecting them has become my main obsession!

Anyway, here's my (ever expanding) list of classic DVDs & Blu rays...and a few Laserdiscs, too :)
