Muzan Got Overshadowed By His Own Subordinate as the “Best villain” of ‘Demon Slayer’
Image
There’s been a common misconception within the Demon Slayer fandom where people might think Muzan is the series’ best villain, but he isn’t. At least fans don’t seem to agree so. The guy himself got humbled by his own subordinate, which is why fans seem to have a lot more craze for that character.

In case you still wonder who it is, of course it’s Akaza – who else could it be? But still, how credible are the fan opinions, though? Does he deserve the praise he gets? The answer would be yes. At first, he may not look so, but he has all the negative aura that a best villain needs.

Akaza solos other Uppermoons in terms of popularity

Just being a critically well-written character doesn’t make you an instant fan favorite for everyone. You need to have the charm that will magnetize viewers toward you,...

‘Batman Ninja vs. Yakuza League’ Review
Image
Features the voices of: Koichi Yamadera, Daisuke Ono, Akira Ishida, Kengo Kawanishi, Yuki Kaji, Romi Park, Akio Otsuka, Ayane Sakura, Rie Kugimiya, Wataru Takagi | Written by Kazuki Nakashima | Directed by Junpei Mizusaki, Shinji Takagi

Batman Ninja vs. Yakuza League, a sequel to the 2018 cult hit Batman Ninja, is a film that revels in its own absurdity while delivering a heartfelt tribute to both anime conventions and the DC Universe. Directed by Junpei Mizusaki and Shinji Takagi, with a screenplay by Kazuki Nakashima, this animated superhero romp picks up a day after the events of Batman Ninja, plunging Batman and his allies into a multiversal mash-up that’s equal parts thrilling, ridiculously gorgeous and surprisingly poignant. This new film doubles down on the over-the-top nonsense of the original, offering a wild ride that’s as much a love letter to Japanese culture as it is a playful riff on the superhero genre.

10 Best Anime Made by Nintendo, Ranked
Image
Nintendo may be well known for their work in the video game market, but this company does more than just make amazing games. They've also made their share of anime from time to time based on the video games their fans know and love.

Everything from Super Mario Bros. to Animal Crossing has received its own adaptation, many of which many fans have glossed over. Those fans should give Nintendo's other works a chance, especially if they are fans of those video games too. Nintendo may be a pro at making video games, but they're not half bad at making anime either.

Yakuza Fianc Isn't the "I Can Fix Him" Story You're Expecting
Image
This article contains spoilers for episodes 1-3 of Yakuza Fianc: Raise wa Tanin ga Ii, which is available to stream on Crunchyroll.

Yakuza Fianc: Raise wa Tanin ga Ii is the newest love story in anime's Fall 2024 lineup about a high school girl, Yoshino Somei, becoming engaged to the grandson of a powerful Yakuza leader. Based on Asuka Konishi's manga of the same name, this crime-centric romantic dramedy may subvert the expectations of the typical "I can fix him" love story by corrupting the female lead instead of showing the problematic male lead a more wholesome way of life.

Kirishima, the supposed love interest of the series, is a clearly flawed and twisted character who is already quite smitten with Yoshino. His love for her had already begun to bring out a cuter, almost childish side to him. However, he's so deep within a life steeped in crime that...

Batman Ninja vs Yakuza League is the Kind of Cash Grab Brain Rot Even Zack Snyder Will Avoid Like The Plague

Batman Ninja vs Yakuza League is one of the most random iterations of the DC heroes and the absurdity of it doesn’t stop at the concept. In the most recent trailer for Batman Ninja vs Yakuza League, a lot of concerning details made fans feel more concerned about the upcoming movie than excited. The first movie of the series, Batman Ninja, didn’t do very well for itself by no surprise and Batman Ninja vs Yakuza League seems to be even less promising. It seems the team behind it has taken up more than they can handle.

Now, in a move that will greatly appeal to those who also enjoy the nostalgic, whimsical nature of the show as well as the kind of artsy, handcraft-friendly merchandise often sold by Studio Ghibli, a well-known stamp shop is offering the chance to create wax seals based on the long-running series.

Via PR Times, the new merchandise brings Nyanko-sensei from Natsume's Book of Friends to life in wax seal stamp form with the "Natsume Hankocho Nyanko Sensei Sealing Stamp Set." Re:Zero Season 3 Episode 2: Release Date, Time, Where To Watch, Synopsis & Preview Images
Image
The first episode of Re:Zero Season 3, which was 90 minutes long, set up the stage for what will follow in this season. While the majority of the episode was spent on setting up the scene, the final moments just upped the ante as Subaru found himself caught in the schemes of the Witch Cult.

In what was a weird and haunting sequence, Subaru fell victim to the Sin Archbishop of Wrath’s powers, causing him to return by death. And naturally, in Re:Zero Season 3 Episode 2, Subaru will try to find a way to counteract the Witch Cult’s scheme.

Compared to the previous episode, the second one will be more action packed, as both Emilia and Beatrice enter the fray to support Subaru in his fight.

10 Anime That Break the Fourth Wall in the Best Way
Image
Anime characters break the fourth wall for comedic effect, interacting with the audience and commenting on their world. Gintama stands out for its numerous fourth wall breaks, adding humor by criticizing production and referencing anime tropes. Fourth wall breaks are also seen in other anime like Fruits Basket, Pokemon, and Haruhi Suzumiya, adding humor and breaking reality.

While the genre is often known for its absurd premises and over-the-top deliveries, many anime go above and beyond that by breaking the fourth wall in the best ways. A concept with roots in theater, the fourth wall is what separates fictional characters from the real-life audience; the latter is aware of it while the former is generally not. Breaking the fourth wall is when the characters in a story become aware of their status as such, commenting on their world or the fact that theyre being watched.

Sometimes, characters will even try to interact with the audience,...

Bleach Characters Fans Wish Were Canon
Image
Sometimes, a popular ongoing anime will air while the manga is still being written. When the anime approaches the manga, the studio usually introduces a filler arc to give the manga writer more time to progress the story. Bleach has multiple filler arcs, which means that it has plenty of filler characters. Most of these filler characters are easily forgetable, but a few really stand out because of their personalities and backstories. Certain filler characters are so impactful that some fans wish they were actually canon.

Most of these filler characters only appear in the anime, and many of them are Soul Reapers. That being said, there is one Filler Hollow that really stands out, and there are three filler artificial souls that many Bleach fans adore. Some of these great filler characters only appear in Bleach's animated movies, and they typically help to flesh out a canonical character's backstory.

What Is Every Main Character's Fate At The End Of Naruto Shippuden?
Image
Naruto's sequel series, Naruto: Shippuden covers the second half of the Naruto manga, and it took place after a two and a half year timeskip. The series ended in 2017 and for the most part, fans were pleased with the way it ended. Many of the main characters that fans grew up with had satisfying endings. That being said, there was still a bit of controversy because several characters who were once well-established villains somehow managed to have a better ending than they deserved.

Most of Naruto's main characters were able to shine in Shippuden, and others unfortunately died before the story concluded. Those who survived until the end now live different lives. For some characters, life is now easier and more free, and for the others, it has become a bit harder.
