Some of the most beloved and iconic ninjas from Naruto Shippuden have received a new collection of blind box figures for fans, with the odds of securing one of the rarest of them capped at just 8%.

Via a press release, Pop Mart has launched a new blind box collaboration inspired by the popular Naruto Shippuden series. The Naruto Ninkai Taisen Series Figures collection includes 10 different characters, featuring their forms and outfits from the Fourth Shinobi World War. Characters include Naruto Uzumaki in his Kurama Mode and Sage Mode combined form, Sasuke Uchiha, two versions of Sakura Haruno, Kakashi Hatake, Itachi Uchiha, Obito Uchiha, Madara Uchiha, Hashirama Senju and a secret edition of Kaguya Otsutsuki. A single figure retails for $16.99, although fans can get the whole set for $203.88.

The animated adaptation of the Thousand-Year Blood War arc has once again propelled the Bleach franchise to global popularity. It has received great praise for its incredible animation and fight choreography, but several beloved characters gained futher development. The Tybw also saved some of Bleach's worst characters because it gave them meaningful moments and much needed depth.

Most of these characters first appeared in the Soul Society Arc and many of them were side characters with extremely limited screen time. One of these characters was introduced in the Thousand-Year Blood War and was absolutely wasted in the manga, but the anime significantly improved her standing. Up until the Tybw, these characters barely contributed to Bleach's overall story.

Pony Canyon announced on Nov 28, 2024, that the second season of Kinnikuman Perfect Origin Arc anime is scheduled to release on Jan 12, 2025.

It was also revealed that Netflix will stream the new season worldwide weekly from Jan 13, 2025.

Season 2 continues the saga with the second stage of the battle, which unfolds at the Tottori Sand Dunes, pitting the allied forces of Seigi and Akuma, including Kinnikuman, against the Perfect Large Numbers Corps, including Nemesis.

A newly released key visual featuring Nemesis and Robin Mask was also released along with the announcement.

In a recent interview with Oricon, Hideo Ishikawa, who voices Captain Jushiro Ukitake in Bleach, expressed a long-standing wish he’s had for over two decades, i.e., to say Bankai at least once.

Ukitake was the only captain in the Gotei 13 who has never used his Bankai.

This was revealed when Ishikawa was asked about a line from Bleach that left a significant impression on him.

“Do I dare say it? Ukitake is the only current Gotei 13 captain who hasn’t used his Bankai! I’ve always wanted to say ‘Bankai’ at least once,” he admitted with a laugh.
