After his long week in the news for disrespecting the Argentinian flag, the 19-year-old decided to throw a rager, Gatsby-style at his crib in Calabasas. When the party roared into the early hours of the morning, TMZ was first to report that the police were called three times before his neighbor filed a report against the Biebs. According to the neighbor, the cops apparently smelled marijuana inside the house, but no one was arrested.

Russell Brand got some unexpected news at the airport this weekend. The Forgetting Sarah Marshall star was supposed to travel to South Africa for his Messiah Complex tour, when he found out that he was banned from the country. Although reasons are still unclear, Brand expressed his thought that it might have to do with the Get Him to the Greek song African Child, and admits "I might have to start taking responsibility.

A recent appearance by R. Kelly in Monroe, Louisiana, ended in angry accusations that Kelly and the promoter cheated fans by hiring an impersonator to perform. But R. Kelly and promoter Cedric Johnson, who says he's received death threats since the event, both tell The Hollywood Reporter there was no impersonator. Ads for the Oct. 26 event at the Monroe Civic Center, which was attended by 2,200 people, said, “Ced’s All Black Affair Birthday Extravaganza Presents: R.
