National Champion AAU swimmer in youth, graduated 1971 from USC with a BA in Psychology. During my college years, she became interested in filmmaking through some friends in the film school. Upon graduating, spent a year living and working on the Navajo Reservation in Window Rock Arizona.

Returned to Los Angeles in 1973 to work in a private psychology/psychiatric clinic in Beverly Hills. First job in film stemmed from a college friendship, as script supervisor on the original "Gone in 60 Seconds", which led to a job as assistant editor on the same project. After years working as an assistant editor and documentary film editor, she began focusing on ADR in 1985, working for Echo Sound. Moved to Grass Valley, California in 2001, attempting to retire. She is back now, splitting her time between northern and southern California, doing what she does best.
