The Year in Pictures

A native of Osaka, Japan, Fay spent her early years focused on drawing and painting, but switched her artistic interest to theatre after moving to the United States as a teen. Now a resident of Los Angeles, where for over 10 years she was a member of Hollywood's prestigious Theatre of NOTE - Kirsten Vangsness, James Lesure and Angelica Huston are among current or former members - and received NOTE's first ever lead actor nomination at L.A. Stage Alliance's Ovation Awards for her work in Erik Patterson's "Tonseisha", which also made her the first Japanese born actor to receive an acting nomination. Aside from her stage and film work, Fay was a Japanese VIP tram tour guide at Universal Studios Hollywood for over a decade.
