    • Patricia Kennealy was born on March 4, 1946 in Brooklyn, New York City, New York, USA. She was an actress, known for The Doors (1991), The Doors: From the Outside (2009) and The Doors: The Road of Excess (1997). She died on July 23, 2021 in the USA.

Trivia

  • Before writing books, she worked as a journalist, and became the editor in chief of Jazz & Pop, a rock magazine, at age 22.
  • In June 1970, she was handfasted in a Celtic Pagan marriage ceremony to rock singer and songwriter Jim Morrison.
  • Wrote a book about (primarily) her years with Jim Morrison, called "Strange Days: My Life With and Without Jim Morrison" (1992).
  • Is portrayed by Kathleen Quinlan in The Doors (1991)
  • Was the editor-in-chief of Jazz & Pop magazine (1968-1971), and one of the first nationally recognized woman rock critics.
