In 2003, T'Keyah Crystal Keymáh played Tanya Baxter, the wife of Victor Baxter and mother of Raven and Cory, on the first three seasons of That's So Raven (2003). She left the role of Tanya Baxter on That's So Raven (2003) after the third season to care for her grandmother, who had Alzheimer's disease and required daily assistance. The character was written out of the series by being sent to law school in London. Keymáh later returned to the role of Tanya Baxter for a special guest appearance on the spin-off series Raven's Home, which marked her first on-screen appearance as the character since That's So Raven (2003) ended.

T'Keyah Crystal Keymáh returned to her role as Tanya Baxter on Disney Channel's Raven's Home (2017) for the season five finale in the episode Bridge Over Troubled Daughter (2022), surprising everyone at her on-screen husband Victor Baxter's 60th birthday celebration, which marked her first appearance on the show in over 16 years.

In 2004, T'Keyah Crystal Keymáh played a realtor in the episode "Moving on Out (2004)" of the TV series "My Wife and Kids (2000)".
