Gypsy Rose Lee was also an actress, author, and playwright. Her 1957 memoir was made into a stage production for theater called Gypsy. The musical was later made into a film. The lovely Gypsy Rose Lee was born January 8, 1911. Gypsy Rose Lee died April 26, 1970. She was married three times.
