  • Trivia
Host and Ringmaster of "Terrytoon Circus" (later "Merrytoon Circus") on WOR-TV channel 9 in New York. The show always opened with "Clownie" his sidekick breaking through a paper-covered hoop saying "Here he is, the one and only, "Skinny-bones" (because he was tall and thin), C. K., Claude Kirchner!" Claude on "Clownie" had an ongoing battle about nonsense, and Claude Kirchner was somewhat of a ventriloquist, providing the high-pitched voice of "Clownie".
