Based on a collection of stories titled “You’re a Good Kid” by Hatsue Nakawaki, “Being Good” tells the story of a number of characters, inside and outside of an elementary school.
Okano is a newly graduated teacher who tries to communicate with his students while facing a plethora of crises. A boy wets himself because he is scared of asking for permission to go to the toilet; a girl is bullied because she is timid; a boy is victim to domestic violence, an issue that has made him distant.
