Now, we must prepare to say farewell as the third season approaches. When is that happening?

When to watch Bosch: Legacy season 3 on Prime Video

Bosch: Legacy premieres Thursday, March 27, 2024 with the first four episodes on Prime Video. Just like its predecessors, the final season has a total of 10 episodes. However after premiere day, don't expect the same release schedule. The series will then move to two new episodes each week until the grand finale on Thursday, April 17. We broke it all down for you below:

We finally know when the final season of Bosch: Legacy will return to our screens. The Titus Welliver-led series, based on Michael Connelly's best-selling novels Desert Star (2022) and The Black Ice (1993), has finally released a trailer for the third and final installment of the story of Harry Bosch. And if you are looking for more of a binge experience when the final season rolls around, have no fear: Prime Video has you covered on that front, too.

The show's third and final, 10-episode season will arrive on March 27, and will premiere with not one, not two, not even three, but four whole episodes. The subsequent six episodes will premiere two-at-a-time on Thursdays, until the series finale hits our screens on April 17, 2025.

Harry Bosch is set to work his last case as Bosch: Legacy heads towards its third and final season, and judging by the series trailer that dropped on Thursday, we’re set to learn some dark secrets about his past.

“Do you really want to know?” Bosch, played by Titus Welliver, asks his inquisitive daughter, Maddie Bosch, played by Madison Lintz, as she wrestles with the challenges of being a patrol cop on the streets of Los Angeles.

Also set to learn more about Bosch, the retired LAPD homicide detective-turned-private investigator, are Bosch: Legacy fans offered ten new episodes on Prime Video worldwide, beginning on March 27, and running through to the series finale on April 17.

Updated: Prime Video has released the official trailer for the third and final season of Bosch: Legacy.

In Season 3, Titus Welliver’s Harry Bosch is about to tackle his final case. In the trailer we see his daughter, Maddie (Madison Lintz), challenging her father after suspecting he may have killed Kurt Dockweiler (David Denman), who kidnapped her in season 2. “I just heard a story about my dad. About his time in Afghanistan,” Maddie says at the beginning of the trailer. After being reminded, “It was war”, she replies. “war crime, more like it. Just got me wondering … what other secrets does he have?”

We also see Maggie Q’s Renée Ballard confronting Bosch about the “darkness” inside him, as a result of his job.

‘Bosch: Legacy’ Renewed for Season 3 at Amazon Freevee Ahead of Season 2 Premiere

“Bosch: Legacy” has been renewed for Season 3 at Amazon Freevee ahead of the show’s Season 2 premiere.

The announcement was made ahead of Amazon’s NewFront presentation in New York on May 1. The first season of “Bosch: Legacy” debuted on Freevee in May 2022, with Season 2 set to air this fall. Like its predecessor, the Prime Video series “Bosch,” the Freevee series is based on the Bosch novels written by Michael Connelly.

“The story of Harry Bosch has evolved over the years, and his journey is far from over,” said Lauren

Anderson, head of AVOD Originals, unscripted, and targeted programming at Amazon Studios. “This

Amazon Studios Gives a Series Order to Chris Carter's The After
This news came out about a week ago and somehow slipped under our radar, but today we're remedying that situation! Remember hearing about the new Chris Carter pilot, "The After," which Amazon posted for viewer feedback? Well, here's an update...

Per Variety, Amazon has given "The After" a series order along with "Bosch," a cop drama that follows Titus Welliver as he pursues the killer of a 13-year-old boy.

Having seen "The After," we can say that this is great news indeed! Finally we'll be able to find out what happens next! In case you haven't watched it yet, visit the Amazon Pilot Season Page.

No word on how many episodes there'll be or when these shows might debut, but we'll keep you posted.
