Fans of Happy Endings will soon have a way to relive the moments from the show.

Casey Wilson and costar Adam Pally will co-host a Happy Endings rewatch podcast, premiering next week, People reports.

“We interviewed everybody and it’s so dumb and so silly. It’s really ridiculous,” says Wilson, who publicist Penny Hartz in the ABC sitcom during its three-season run.

Happy Endings starred Wilson, Pally, Eliza Coupe, Elisha Cuthbert, Zachary Knighton and Damon Wayans Jr. The series followed the six as best friends living in Chicago. It ended in 2014.

There is some hope of a revival, Wilson said, although business complications are making that a slow process.

“Which couldn’t be more boring,” she says.

Casey Wilson and Adam Pally, who starred in the ABC sitcom “Happy Endings,” are launching an eponymous recap podcast. The joint endeavor is set to release May 21.

Magnum P.I. is ending for the second time shortly after the new year begins — a two-hour event is set for January 3 — but at least this time, we’ve had time to prepare. (NBC picked it up for 20 more episodes following CBS‘ cancellation.) “Maybe we didn’t know the show was going to end, but we had an inkling, so everybody wrapped it up really nicely,” Zachary Knighton (Rick) told TV Insider. “I think the fans are going to be really excited about it.” Perdita Weeks (Higgins) teased something “very, very surprising… not altogether good, but it’ll all be alright in the end.” She’s also said that the series ends in a “very sweet” way for Magnum (Jay Hernandez) and Higgins and hopes “people will be content with it because it is the end.” For Weeks, the show ending and saying goodbye to Higgins (“She was my life for five years”) is “bittersweet.

For five seasons, Perdita Weeks has played Juliet Higgins on Magnum P.I., a show that, thanks to a devoted fan base, made the rare move of switching networks and getting to finish out its run at NBC before finally bidding farewell with its series finale in January 2024. Before that happens, Weeks got the opportunity to take on an episode as director, following in the footsteps of co-stars Jay Hernandez (who plays Thomas Magnum) and Zachary Knighton (who plays Rick). The episode, entitled “Extracurricular Activities,” saw Magnum and Higgins get hired to investigate a University of Oahu professor accused of an inappropriate relationship with a female grad student that turned out to be so much more, and it had all the high-stakes action and heartfelt emotion that is right in the sweet spot of what the series does best.

We now know when Magnum P.I. will officially end. A promo released this week revealed the drama series will return from its holiday break on January 3, and we’ve learned it will conclude with a two-episode series finale from 9-11 pm.

The reboot series producer Eric Guggenheim spoke to Collider about NBC's abrupt decision to end the Jay Hernandez-led show as its final run of episodes for Season 5 are currently airing. Though the upcoming finale titled "The Big Squeeze" was not filmed intentionally as a conclusion to the series, Guggenheim believes that the audience that supported Magnum since its CBS years will be pleased with the ending. "In the case of this season, the finale was not written to be a series finale, but because we hadn’t gotten a pickup, we did take that possibility into consideration as we were crafting it," Guggenheim said.
