Ten Classic Cinematic Horror Deaths
Where would a horror movie be without a classic death scene – or two? We’ve had some great ones over the years: Janet Leigh’s shower to end all showers in Psycho (1960); the ill fated nude swim in Jaws (1975); David Warner’s famous decapitation in The Omen (1976); John Hurt’s serious indigestion problem in Alien (1979); and the exploding head in Scanners (1980). And let’s not forget the gruesome ends that befell pre-stardom Kevin Bacon and Johnny Depp.

Look Around You Season One DVD Review
What constantly amazes about Look Around You is the precision of the comedy. When you watch a Judd Apatow movie, or for that matter most modern comedy, there’s a real shaggy sensibility to how the jokes are handled – it’s about the moment, about the people being funny in a situation, instead of creating an absurd environment for the comedy. But Look Around You gets a lot of laughs from camera angles, lighting choices and editing decisions. Creators Peter Serafinowicz and Robert Popper know exactly what they’re doing, which means that show is just as funny – if not more so – each successive time you watch it. A joke that gets a nod on first pass can blossom into a chuckle or laugh. And it’s a show that nearly demands to be re-watched because it has jokes that can get inside your head and stay there. Murder Loves Killers Too: Movie Trailer, Poster, and Synopsis
"Murder Loves Killers Too," had some promotional material floating around for awhile now and after a second look, this horror spoof, has enough comedy to make the trailer watchable on a couple levels. And with the tagline "Murder is how he has sex," how can anyone not laugh? Approaching a release date this June 16, 2009 "Murder Loves Killers Too," will be going the way of many other horror films straight to DVD. In celebration of the campy have a peep at this horror slash thriller just past the break.

The synopsis for "Murder Loves Killers Too"

Big Stevie has a sexual problem. Murder is how he has sex. And Big Stevie knows that there is no better way for a repressed killer to blow off steam than killing a bunch of care-free free-spirited teens. After her friends are all chopped, carved, and slashed, sweet young Aggie is left alone to face off against this unreasonable psycho.
