Ted Lewis
Conductor, author, clarinetist and singer Ted Lewis (Theodore Leopold Friedman) was a bandleader in vaudeville, films and in nightclubs since 1910, and made many records. Joining ASCAP in 1957, his chief musical collaborators included Billy Munro, Andrew Sterling and Harry Von Tilzer, and his popular-song compositions include "Is Everybody Happy Now?", "While We Danced till Dawn", "Sing a Little Love Song for Your Baby", and his theme "When My Baby Smiles at Me".
