    • Patty Lin is a writer and producer known for Freaks and Geeks (1999), Friends (1994), Desperate Housewives (2004), and Breaking Bad (2008). She has also written pilots for Fox, CBS, and Nickelodeon. Her Breaking Bad episode, "Gray Matter," was nominated for a Writers Guild Award. She retired from TV writing in 2009 and is the author of End Credits: How I Broke Up with Hollywood (2023).
