Olavi Linnus was born on 7 November 1914 in Turku, Finland. He was a writer and director, known for Men of Iron (1943), Hevoshuijari (1943) and Jännitysnäytelmä (1968). He was married to Katri Linnus. He died on 27 June 2000 in Helsinki, Finland.
