10 One Piece Characters Who Can Easily Beat Gunko Of The Holy Knights
Image
The Holy Knights are the official law enforcers of Mary Geoise, making them one of the strongest military forces in One Piece. Gunko is a member of the Holy Knights, and she is shaping up to be one of the Elbaph Arc's major antagonists. She ate a Devil Fruit which gives her the power to manipulate bandages, and there is no doubt she is a capable Haki user. Given her status, Gunko is one of One Piece's strongest characters, but there are a few characters who can defeat her.

All the characters who can defeat Gunko possess incredible Haki of their own, but many of them also have powerful Devil Fruits. Most of these characters are notable Yonko-level pirates, but the current commander of the Marines can take her down, too. Some of the World Government's highest-ranking Celestial Dragons can also get the job done.

10 Most Powerful Families in Anime
Image
The most powerful families in anime can be complicated, to say the least. Sometimes they're on the same side, other times they're not. Families like the Briefs in Dragon Ball have stuck together through thick and thin, and even though Vegeta can be a curmudgeon, his wife Bulma knows exactly how to handle him. Other families, like the Uchiha in Naruto, aren't as intimate but are equally, if not more, powerful. They act as a giant political force, controlling and influencing people around them to achieve their goals as a monolith.

The best families in anime don't have to be related by blood either, as seen by the Forgers in Spy x Family. They're a found family that chooses to be together, showing that not all bonds have to be determined by genes. No matter if an anime family is one cohesive unit, or a mismatch of characters that hate each other,...

One Piece Characters Who Can Destroy Cross Guild
Image
Cross Guild is one of the many powerful organizations in One Piece, and it uses its military might and political influence to place bounties on Marines. It was founded by Crocodile and Dracule Mihawk, but Buggy the Clown is considered its leader because of an amusing clerical error. Cross Guild is essentially a small army, and it can wipe most pirate crews, but there are a few characters who can destroy the entire organization.

Most of the One Piece characters who can destroy Cross Guild are Yonko-level pirates, but a few high-ranking Marines can also get the job done. Celestial Dragons are known for being quite weak, but a certain elder can wipe out Cross Guild by himself. These characters can destroy Cross Guild because they possess immense Haki, and most of them also have slightly overpowered Devil Fruits.

Isekai Anime That Use Gaming System Tropes The Right Way
Image
These days, isekai anime are predominantly power fantasies set in video games, or fantasy lands that still function like video games. And even if these anime follow one of the most predictable formulas around, most don't even execute their gamified concepts properly. More often than not, the gaming system only exists to make the protagonist overpowered. In other cases, non-isekai fantasy anime still use an RPG-styled system because the creators have no other experience with the genre.

Thankfully, not all gaming isekai are this creatively bankrupt or unoriginal. The isekai genre has a few noteworthy titles that used their gamified narrative devices, magic systems and world-building to do more than just give audiences cheap power trips. Instead, they used these tropes to understand the appeals and dangers of escaping into another world through video games.

10 Characters in One Piece Way Stronger than Luffy
Image
Quick Links Characters Luffy Can't Beat Yet Characters Luffy Will Never Beat

The following contains minor spoilers for One Piece.

Eiichiro Oda's One Piece debuted in 1997, and since then, it has become one of the best-selling fictional works in history. The classic shonen has helped define the manga and anime landscape for over 25 years, due in large part to the appeal of its beloved protagonist, Monkey D. Luffy.

Monkey D. Luffy, the captain of the Straw Hat Pirates, announces his intention to become the next King of the Pirates in One Piece's very first episode. Over 1000 episodes later, he is on the verge of achieving his goal, having defeated many of the Grand Line's strongest fighters. Still, numerous opponents stand between him and the One Piece, and even as an Emperor of the Sea, some of these characters may be too challenging to overcome by himself.
