Following an intriguing pair of teasers the full trailer for Peter Kuijpers Manslaughter (Doodslag), a thriller developed in close collaboration with star Theo Maassen.Maassen plays a paramedic pushed over the line into violence, a topic apparently lifted from the news - violent assaults on paramedics being a rising concern in the Netherlands.There are no subtitles on the trailer, unfortunately, but you don't need them to see that this is a very well put together bit of work. Coming to Dutch screens in January will be the latest from veteran director and producer Peter Kuijpers, a thriller developed in close collaboration with star Theo Maassen.Titled Manslaughter (Doodslag) the picture stars Maassen as a paramedic pushed over the line into violence and while there is little information beyond that available a pair of teasers have recently appeared online to suggest there is a great deal of promise in this one.
