Existence itself was in jeopardy in the series finale of The Flash. A New World Part 4 opened with a quartet of sinister speedsters -- Reverse-Flash, Zoom, Godspeed and Savitar -- gathering alongside a powered-up Eddie. Their mission? To combine their might in order to kill Barry, eradicate his bloodline and alter the timeline.
After an epic struggle against the sinister group, Team Flash took a moment to celebrate the birth of Iris and Barry’s baby girl, Nora. One unexpected guest that crashed the party was Wells, played by Tom Cavanagh. To celebrate the epic series finale, Tom Cavanagh spoke to Cbr about reprising his roles as Reverse-Flash and Wells, what was originally pitched, suiting up in the yellow costume again, and the character's punchy dialogue.

This week on The Flash, the year 2031 brings on quite a role reversal as Barry Allen — desperate to stop himself from causing Armageddon — finds himself in a future where Iris is about to wed Eobard Thawne, while Barry’s own speedster alter ego is now Reverse-Flash!
The wildly unlikely Eobard/Iris (#Irobard? #WestThawne?) pairing actually brings to life a long-running joke between former cast member Tom Cavanagh, who returned for the back half of Season 8’s “Armageddon” event, and The Flash‘s leading lady, Candice Patton.

The first (official) look at The Flash‘s Bart Allen aka Impulse pays homage to the speedster’s lively, youthful comic book inspiration.

Some fun new photos have surfaced from the upcoming Arrowverse crossover event, “Elseworlds”, and they feature something pretty rad.
Each of the photos show actor John Wesley Shipp wearing the classic Flash costume that he wore in the early 90s series!
Now, this isn’t that actual costume that he wore in the 90s show. This one is a new one based on that design and it was created by The Flash costume designer Kate Main. She also made sure to make this one a lot more comfortable than the original one.
The suit looks great! The photos also show Shipp standing along side Grant Gustin as Green Arrow, Stephen Amell as The Flash, and Melissa Benoist as Supergirl. Check out all the photos below:
