Getty Images, INFphoto.com

Elin — It’s one thing to take little Sam, 2, and Charlie, 1, for a weeks-long summer vacation to Sweden — but trying to move there permanently is a terrible idea! Here’s why!

Apparently, Elin your plan is to return to your homeland with your children – for good, according to RadarOnline.com. You want to divorce Tiger and leave Florida behind, for good.

Yes, Elin you may be furious with Tiger and disappointed with his efforts to turn around his behavior as a husband and father, but if you try to force Tiger to let you and the kids return full-time to Sweden you’ll only hurt all of you!

Legally — you won’t have a leg to stand on and emotionally you will be doing serious damage to Sam and Charlie.

Virtually every psychologist I consulted thought it was a bad idea to permanently put such a...

The Custody Battle Heats Up! Tiger Will Not Allow Elin Take The Kids To Sweden!
Getty Images, Splashnews.com (2)

Does Tiger deserve to keep his kids near him? Elin wants to go to Sweden with her kids Sam and Charlie — but new reports say there’s No chance Tiger will let that happen.

Tiger Woods is not going to allow Elin Nordegren to take her two little ones — Sam, 2 and Charlie, 1 to her native Sweden.

PopEater’s Rob Shuter spoke to sources close to the Tiger/Elin camp, and it turns out Tiger isn’t going to let Elin take the kids to Sweden — even for a trip! “No way would Tiger let Elin leave the USA with his children.” says a source.

Even though Tiger wasn’t a loyal husband, sources say the golf pro is a very devoted father. “You can say whatever you want about Tiger as a husband, but he has always been a great father,” says the source. “He knows his marriage is probably over,...

If Elin Stands By Her Man Tomorrow It’ll Be For Money, Say Our Experts!
Getty Images, Splashnews.com

If Elin really does show up to Tiger’s press conference tomorrow we believe it’s just for one reason – cash!

Elin Nordegren, we may have figured out why you’d stay with your cheating husband Tiger Woods …cold, hard cash! We spoke to an attorney who tells us that you’ve most likely signed a” personal services “contract which allows you to appear to have a functioning marriage but really you’re divorced … just not legally. The contract would enable you and Tiger to settle your financial, child visitation and any other issues without going to court and filing for divorce. “They can agree to anything they want,” says Florida attorney Chris Mancini. “Tiger can deed the title to the house to Elin and put it in her name – he can do a number of things. He can say you must pretend to be my...

Sorry, Elin Nordegren — You Can’t Take the Kids to Sweden Without Tiger Woods’ Consent
Would you try to take your kids and run if your marriage was in trouble?

Although Elin Nordegren’s gut instinct might be to take her kids and run home to Sweden to escape the drama of her life, unfortunately for her, she won’t be able to.

“In the event that Tiger [Woods] objects to the terms [of her taking them out of Florida], he can go to court … and stop her from doing it,” Chris Mancini, a divorce attorney in South Florida (who isn’t involved in the case) tells HollywoodLife.com. “She won’t be allowed to take the kids without a signed agreement.”

If Elin does attempt to take her two children, Sam, two-and-a-half, and Charlie, ten months, Tiger can have her passport frozen, as per Florida state law.

For all you Team Elin fans out there, the judge presiding over the case (if the situation does go to court) probably won’t give Elin sole custody.

Is Elin Nordegren Going To Run Away From Tiger And Take The Kids To Sweden?
Elin, if you think you’re taking those babies to Sweden with you … Think again!

Elin Nordegren, are you planning to pack up your little babies — 2-year-old daughter Sam Alexis and 10-month-old son Charlie — and run away to Sweden without Tiger Woods?

Let’s see … you’ve already bought the house on an island near Stockholm, and have moved into your and Tiger’s second home in Orlando. It seems like you are gearing up for a great escape! But, the information we’ve retrieved might foil your plan!

South Florida divorce attorney Chris Mancini tells us Elin can only take the kids out of the country or state if she gets signed permission from Tiger. ”In the event that he objects to the terms [of her taking them out of the state], he can go to the court … and stop her. She won’t be allowed to take the kids without a signed agreement.”

And she definitely...
