CBS’s CSI: Vegas season two episode 20, “Shell Game,” finds the team conducting an investigation in a peanut factory. Directed by Omar Madha from a script by Marisa Tam, episode 20 will air on Thursday, May 11, 2023 at 10pm Et/Pt.

The second season stars Paula Newsome as Maxine Roby, Marg Helgenberger as Catherine Willows, Matt Lauria as Joshua Folsom, and Mandeep Dhillon as Allie Rajan. Ariana Guerra plays Detective Serena Chavez, Lex Medlin is Beau Finado, and Jay Lee is Chris Park.

The plot of Cicada (or Cicada! as it appears on-screen) is simple: after a swarm of mutated, over-sized cicadas hatch in Los Angeles, four eccentric friends led by a disgraced baseball player must band together to defend the city from the swarm of insects who are literally out for blood.
