These rumors began circulating last week, but it wasn't until recently that Arthur Morgan's own voice actor, and a huge fan of the series, actually got involved to share his knowledge about what is going on.

Like Red Dead Redemption 2's random events, players are able to find a treasure map after saving an Npc from a bandit attack. Alternatively, they can loot the map from the Npc's body if they are unsuccessful in saving him. Like many other encounters, this one is best found by keeping an ear out for a cry for help and investigating the situation.

Once you find the treasure cache from the first map, you'll also loot a second map leading to the next treasure. This will repeat until you find a total of nine treasure caches, each containing a unique gold bar and the map to the next location. After finding them all, you'll also unlock free stagecoach rides and a new equipment item.

The original Red Dead Redemption is a classic for a very good reason and still remains one of Rockstar's best games. It's an immersive, gorgeous, heartfelt, and heartbreaking game filled with memorable characters, locations, and quests. Veterans of the game likely have fond memories of it and the various hijinks they got up to as John Marston when it first launched in 2010.

Red Dead Redemption 2 released in 2018 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, and it blew the gaming community away. Rockstar Games’ developers did not hold back and gave the player base a glimpse into what they could expect from a next-generation game while taking them on a historical trip to fill in the boots of outlaws in the Old West.

From visuals, different biomes, weaponry, and dialogue choices, this game has it all. However, the excitement surrounding the PC port does bring to mind how all that positivity could have also been extended to the Nintendo Switch and PS4 versions had Rockstar given more thought to those player bases. When thinking about it, the underwhelming launch on these consoles sits in quite the stark contrast to the feature-packed PC release.

Now that The Last of Us has been successfully adapted into a live-action series on HBO, its time for Red Dead Redemption to finally hit the big screen in a movie franchise. Historically, live-action video game adaptations have been notoriously bad. The movie versions of Doom, Hitman, and Lara Croft: Tomb Raider were all widely panned by critics and dismissed by fans. One of the biggest problems was that, like a lot of early comic book films, the early video game movies were embarrassed by their source material. Again, as was the case yesterday for Alien: Isolation fans, dreams do come true. And for fans wanting a PC port of Rockstar’s 2010 hit Red Dead Redemption, you’ve got your wish coming on October 29. Originally released for the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360, Rockstar will be bringing Red Dead Redemption, along with its zombie Dlc Undead Nightmare to PC via Steam, the Epic Games Store and the Rockstar Store.

The port was done in collaboration with Double Eleven, which adds PC-specific enhancements such as native 4K resolution at up to 144hz on compatible hardware, monitor support for both Ultrawide (21:9) and Super Ultrawide (32:9), HDR10 support, and full keyboard and mouse functionality.

Other graphical enhancements include support for Nvidia Dlss 3.7 and Amd Fsr 3.0 upscaling technologies, Nvidia Dlss Frame Generation, adjustable draw distances, shadow quality settings, and more.

The massive open world of Red Dead Redemption 2 gives you many things to do, even after beating the best parts of the nearly 50-hour story. Sometimes you just wish you had taken them out as soon as they appeared instead of letting them cause problems later on.
