Is Sadie Sink Too Young to Play Jean Grey in MCU: 5 Best Casting Options for Kevin Feige for the Most Powerful Mutant
Image
Sadie Sink is now a front-runner to play Jean Grey in an X-Men reboot movie in the MCU. Marvel first teased an X-Men reboot following Disney’s acquisition of 20th Century Fox. More updates came recently as X-Men characters began appearing in several MCU films. While some fans are excited about the actress in the role, others harbor concerns regarding her age.

Sadie Sink as Max in Stranger Things | Credits: Netflix

Many believe that Sink is too young to play Jean in the films. Earlier versions of the character in the Fox Universe were played by Famke Janssen and Sophie Turner. Sink looks younger than both these actresses, leading us to believe that Marvel might go for a story featuring much younger mutants.

Sadie Sink’s Stranger Things co-star supports her potential casting despite concerns from fans Sadie Sink’s role in Stranger Things would likely pave the way for...

The Teen Wolf Movie Finally Answers 1 Big Season 3 Villain Mystery
Image
Warning! This article contains Spoilers for Teen Wolf: The Movie.Teen Wolf: The Movie finally provides some clarity for a mystery left unanswered in the third season of Teen Wolf regarding its villain for the season. Teen Wolf: The Movie is set more than 10 years after the ending of Teen Wolf and, thus, features many of its original characters as now adults who return to Beacon Hills to defend the Californian town from a supernatural threat that is at the same time old and new. In fact, Teen Wolf: The Movie borrows some of its plotline and villains from Teen Wolf season 3.

The second part of Teen Wolf season 3 sees a new figure introduced, the Nogistune. As arguably one of Teen Wolf's strongest and most interesting antagonists, the Nogistune was brought back in Teen Wolf: The Movie as well. Many iconic Teen Wolf characters come back for the film,...

All 6 Questions Raised By The Teen Wolf Movie's Opening Nogitsune Scene
Image
Warning! This article contains Spoilers for Teen Wolf: The Movie. The opening scene of Teen Wolf: The Movie raises various important questions. While the rest of the Teen Wolf movie is set in California, where the entirety of Teen Wolf itself was set, the opening scene does not even take place in the United States. The Teen Wolf movie opens with Liam Dunbar in Japan, rather than with Scott McCall, who is essentially the protagonist, just like he was in the show. The opening scene also sets up the conflict of the Teen Wolf movie by introducing the main villain.

Teen Wolf: The Movie does not exactly pick up where the series left off. In fact, the film is set more than ten years after the end of the original series, with all the main characters now moved on from high school. After the Teen Wolf movie time jump, many characters,...

"Teen Wolf: The Movie" Cast: Who's Single and Who's Taken?
Image
Scott McCall and his wolfpack are back in "Teen Wolf: The Movie." The highly-anticipated film - helmed by the show's original creator, Jeff Davis - hit Paramount+ on Jan. 26 - nearly six years after MTV's "Teen Wolf" series aired its finale in September 2017.

The new movie sees so many of the show's original cast members returning to reprise their roles, including Tyler Posey as Scott, Crystal Reed as Allison Argent, Tyler Hoechlin as Derek Hale, Holland Roden as Lydia Martin, and Colton Haynes as Jackson Whittemore. And if that wasn't exciting enough, the film also brings back cast members like Shelley Hennig as Malia Tate and Dylan Sprayberry as Liam Dunbar.

The last time we saw the cast, some of them were dating each other or other celebrities. Since it's been so long since you've probably checked everybody's social media pages for updates on their personal lives, you might...

‘Teen Wolf: The Movie’ (2023): An Entertaining Movie for YA
Image
Teen Wolf: The Movie is a movie directed by Russell Mulcahy starring Tyler Posey, Crystal Reed and Holland Roden.

This is a film produced by MTV especially oriented for teenagers and which features elements of recent successes and scenees from similar horror movies.

Enjoyable for its audiencde and intelligently “designed” (its production).

About the Movie

Films like Teen Wolf: The Movie, have their day. In mine we had the original Teen Wolf with Michael J. Fox and I enjoyed it equally with all its obvious lackings. It works for its audience and knows how to please its viewers, having done so generation after generation in MTV and in its speciality MTV is a master with plots that are especially thought out for segments of people in their twenties and with just enough complexity to not stand apart.

By the way, it is better if you saw the series before watching...

‘Teen Wolf’ Alum Arden Cho Addresses Movie Release After Opting Out: “No Regrets”
Image
Arden Cho, who played Kira on the MTV series Teen Wolf but does not appear in the new sequel film, took to social media on the day of the movie’s Paramount+ release to give an update on her mind-set.

After a Twitter user posted Thursday that he was thinking of Cho that day because it was “probably a bit of a rough time for her,” the actress replied to seemingly assure fans she had no regrets about skipping director Russell Mulcahy’s Teen Wolf: The Movie, although she did not specifically mention the project by name.

“Don’t worry babies,” she tweeted. “Thanks for your support. Looking forward to better in 2023! Don’t be scared to walk away or turn down an opportunity if you know it’s not fair and it won’t make you happy! You deserve better. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise! Love you all,...

Teen Wolf: The Movie Ending Explained
Image
This article contains spoilers for Teen Wolf: The Movie.

TV cancellations are even more regular than a full moon these days, so there’s something to be said for Teen Wolf‘s almost animalistic tenacity. Hailing from the days when shows actually reached six seasons, MTV’s soft reboot of the ‘80s movie was canceled after a mammoth 100 episodes in 2017.

But like people always say, you can’t keep a good lycanthrope down, because six years later, Scott McCall (Tyler Posey) and his pack are back with the first of what could be many Teen Wolf movies.

In fact, judging by how Teen Wolf: The Movie ends, it looks like creator Jeff Davis is counting on it.

How Does Crystal Return?

Scott’s no longer a “Teen Wolf” in Teen Wolf: The Movie because the film jumps ahead 16 years. McCall’s still an Alpha, but he’s now in his mid thirties,...

The Teen Wolf Movie's 10 Biggest Unanswered Questions & Mysteries
Image
Warning! Spoilers ahead for Teen Wolf: The Movie.

Thanks to their combined effort, the McCall Pack successfully defeats the new threat emerging in Beacon Hills, although Teen Wolf: The Movie still left several unanswered questions and mysteries that can be revisited later. Scott and his team are lured back to their hometown to come face-to-face with a resurrected Allison who is manipulated by the Nogitsune to hunt werewolves. In the end, the Alpha is able to reconnect with his true love and recruit her to rejoin the McCall Pack as they go after the real villain of the Teen Wolf Movie. Despite a definitive ending, however, the Paramount+ project still has some lingering queries that need answering.

MTV's abrupt cancelation of Teen Wolf resulted in a shortened season 6. While it was a satisfying send-off, it could have been better had it been properly set up. So, revisiting the lore...

Teen Wolf Movie Cast, Character & Cameo Guide
Image
Teen Wolf: The Movie features many familiar characters as well as some new faces and unexpected cameos as the McCall pack re-assembles to fight a newly-emerged threat. MTV's Teen Wolf TV series is loosely based on the 1985 film of the same name starring Michael J. Fox, which introduced audiences to the titular character, Scott McCall. Over time, the Teen Wolf TV series garnered critical acclaim which helped grow its loyal fan base which was why its abrupt ending in the shortened Teen Wolf season 6 was a big shock. In the years since, however, Scott has apparently reassembled his pack and now they're returning to Beacon Hills to tackle a new mystery.

Despite MTV's cancelation of Teen Wolf in 2017, its popularity endured. Paramount recognized this, resulting in signing Jeff Davis to spearhead the expansion of the franchise on Paramount+.

Among the projects lined up to exist in the growing universe,...

When Teen Wolf went off the air in 2017, Holland Roden and Shelley Hennig thought that was it for the franchise.

However, passionate fans called for a seventh season, urging MGM to step back into the iconic universe from the 2011-17 MTV hit.

While Roden didn't think the franchise would return in any capacity when the series wrapped, she knew the fanbase wanted it.

Speaking with TV Fanatic exclusively, Roden recalled going on social media following the finale and constantly being met with demands for a seventh season.

"There was not a day that passed that I didn't see 'Season Seven,' and I really appreciated that the fans were so committed to getting more Teen Wolf," the Lydia Martin actress shared, adding that people would also ask the premiere date for the season that was never ordered.

Roden recalled feeling like fans were trying to trick the cast into saying...

Teen Wolf: The Movie Review — Is There Any Bite Left?
Image
This Teen Wolf: The Movie review contains no spoilers.

Riddle me this: Is a Teen Wolf still a Teen Wolf when he becomes a full-grown “Man Wolf”?

That’s essentially the premise of Teen Wolf‘s comeback movie which brings Tyler Posey’s Scott McCall back on our screens for the first time since 2017.

Now in his mid-thirties, our not-so-Teen Wolf is still the Alpha, but Beacon Hills is no longer the place it once was. Fifteen years or so have passed since everyone last walked off together dramatically on the long-running MTV series. Jumping ahead to 2026, Scott’s pack has now been scattered by the years and circumstance — as well as real-life issues offscreen too.

That’s right. A lot of your faves are back, including some faces you might not be expecting, but there are a couple of key players missing, and the film does suffer a bit for it.

Teen Wolf: The Movie Review
Image
Plot: A full moon rises in Beacon Hills, and with it, a terrifying evil emerges. The wolves are howling again, calling for the return of banshees, werecoyotes, hellhounds, kitsunes, and every other shapeshifter in the night. But only a werewolf like Scott McCall (Tyler Posey), no longer a teenager yet still an alpha, can gather new allies and reunite trusted friends to fight back against what could be the most powerful and deadliest enemy they’ve ever faced.

Review: Airing for six seasons on MTV, Teen Wolf filled the hole left by Buffy the Vampire Slayer as a teen-centric genre full of supernatural beings and soapy melodrama. Despite trading vampires for werewolves, Teen Wolf followed a familiar formula for teen shows despite being significantly better than most of the series on MTV. With a dedicated fanbase following stars Tyler Posey, Tyler Hoechlin, and Dylan O’Brien, the series went off the...

Teen Wolf: The Movie Review: A Disappointing Continuation
Image
In its heyday, Teen Wolf was massively popular and one of MTV's few successful scripted dramas, which led to the series getting its very own film continuation in Teen Wolf: The Movie. Based very loosely on the 80s movie of the same name, Teen Wolf managed to find lightning in a bottle with its charming and charismatic young cast, who brought to life the increasingly ludicrous supernatural world of Beacon Hills with tremendous heart. Now, the former teens are reuniting as adults and, along with creator Jeff Davis, seeing if they can replicate that same spirit. Teen Wolf: The Movie tries to capture the magic of the original show, but though many original cast members returned, it falls short of the mark.

Picking up 15 years after the death of Allison Argent (Crystal Reed) at the end of season 3, Teen Wolf: The Movie finds members of Scott McCall's (Tyler Posey...

1 Beloved Character May Already Be Dead In The Teen Wolf Movie
Image
Teen Wolf: The Movie may have already killed off one of the most beloved characters from the tv show. Teen Wolf is coming back with a movie after the show ended in 2017, but not every character may be alive in the upcoming sequel film. In Teen Wolf: The Movie, audiences will see a new evil arrive in Beacon Hills, as Scott McCall gathers new allies as well as his old pack together to fight this new threat. However, viewers may be surprised that not everyone will return to Beacon Hills in the face of a new danger.

Although Teen Wolf: The Movie will have a main plotline focusing on a character coming back to life, since Allison seems to be coming back to the Teen Wolf universe, as seen in the latest trailer, this does not exclude the possible death of one other character. With the Teen Wolf timeline setting...

Yes, Stiles’ Jeep Is In The Teen Wolf Movie (But It’s Not What You Think)
Image
Teen Wolf: The Movie is set to feature Stiles' iconic Jeep, but it does not mean what many viewers may think. The distinctive blue Jeep is driven predominantly by Stiles Stilinski throughout all seasons of Teen Wolf. The car originally belonged to Stiles' mother Claudia Stilinski, which is a testament to the emotional significance that Stiles' Jeep has not just for the character, but for the entire series. Not only has the Jeep accompanied Stiles and the pack throughout all their adventures, but it also plays a key part in triggering his friends' memories of Stiles after the latter was taken by the Ghost Riders in Teen Wolf season 6.

The iconic blue Jeep can be seen at the beginning of the newly-released full trailer of Teen Wolf: The Movie. While this is exciting, it does not signify Stiles' return to the Teen Wolf universe. In fact, Teen Wolf: The Movie...

Teen Wolf: The Movie Poster Shows Off Original Cast Return
Image
The official poster for Teen Wolf: The Movie celebrates the return of many original cast members. The series is part of a surprisingly vast franchise that began with the Michael J. Fox teen comedy Teen Wolf in 1985, a film that was followed by a short-lived 1986 animated series of the same name and the 1987 sequel Teen Wolf Too. After going dormant for some time, the franchise was resurrected in a more gritty and realistic form in the MTV series Teen Wolf, which ran for 6 seasons between 2011 and 2017. Now that branch of the franchise is returning in movie form, with Teen Wolf: The Movie poised to premiere on Paramount+ on January 26, 2023, featuring many of the series cast members returning alongside several new characters.

ComicBook shared the first official poster, roughly two months ahead of the release of Teen Wolf: The Movie. Paramount+ unveiled the design during a cast panel at the Brazilian convention 2022 Ccxp.

‘Teen Wolf’ Revival Movie Adds Ian Bohen’s Peter Hale, Derek’s Son & More to Cast
Image
One of the Hales whose involvement in the Teen Wolf revival movie coming to Paramount+ has been a question mark has signed on. Ian Bohen will be reprising the role he played in the original MTV series (2011-2017), Peter Hale, and Khylin Rhambo will also be back, as Mason Hewitt. Teen Wolf Movie Casts Derek's Son as Two More Original Stars Set to Return!
Tyler Hoechlin
No Derek, no problem!

Paramount+ dropped a flurry of casting announcements for its in-production Teen Wolf Movie on Friday afternoon.

Of the announcements, the biggest shocker is that Derek Hale's son, Eli Hale, will be a part of the drama.

Vince Mattos has landed the role, but there's still no confirmation on whether Tyler Hoechlin will return.

Speaking of the Hale family, Ian Bohen has closed a deal to return as Peter Hale.

Bohen is currently starring opposite Hoechlin on Superman & Lois, and that might be the closest thing to a reunion between the two stars we'll be getting.

Khylin Rhambo is also returning as Mason Hewitt, while new cast members include Amy Lin Workman as Hikari Zhang and Nobi Nakanishi as Deputy Ishida.

The cast of the movie includes Posey as Scott, Holland Roden as Lydia Martin, Hennig as Malia, Crystal Reed as Allison, Orny Adams as Coach Bobby Finstock,...

There has been chatter that Hoechlin also would not be coming back but his status appears to be in flux. Paramount+ said that additional cast names will be announced.

According to sources, Cho, who is the only actress of color among the four female series regular cast members who...

Scott and Allison were intended to be the main romance of Teen Wolf, but fans were far more interested in Stiles' love life. Stiles was first introduced as Scott's loyal sidekick, and his role as the comic relief kept the series light-hearted. However, it didn't take long for the writers to realize Stiles' emotional range and his deep capacity for love.

Stiles became one of the show's most layered characters, and his romance with Lydia took over as the central love story. He admits to using sarcasm as a defense, but when he falls for someone, there's no hiding his true feelings. Malia was Stiles' first girlfriend, and the two shared plenty of sweet moments. Yet Stiles and Lydia were portrayed to be each other's true loves, and several of his most romantic quotes are directed at her.

Lydia Martin had the most significant development out of everyone in Teen Wolf. When she was introduced, she cared only about popularity and her image. Lydia's superiority complex made her condescending, and she refused to be vulnerable or show genuine emotion.

Of all the characters on Teen Wolf, only Scott and Lydia are two of the only Pack members to be heavily involved in all six seasons. The series centered around Scott, so naturally, he would have one of the largest character arcs. Throughout the seasons, Scott developed becoming more comfortable with being a werewolf while also growing as a person and friend. After desperately not wanting to be a werewolf, Scott turns into a leader his friends follow loyally.

The cast of MTV's Teen Wolf assembled Friday as part of the network's new digital brand Reunions.

The event brought Tyler Posey (Scott McCall), Dylan O’Brien (Stiles Stilinski), and Holland Roden (Lydia Martin) back together.

They were joined by fellow Teen Wolf stars Orny Adams (Coach Finstock), Linden Ashby (Noah Stilinski), Ian Bohen (Peter Hale), Charlie Carver (Ethan), Max Carver (Aiden), Arden Cho (Kira Yukimura), Cody Christian (Theo Raeken), Shelley Hennig (Malia Tate), Melissa Ponzio (Melissa McCall), Khylin Rhambo (Mason Hewitt), and Dylan Sprayberry (Liam Dunbar) to talk about the beloved series.

While there was lots to talk about, the cast was asked to share what they took from the set when the series wrapped production, and well, we're a little surprised at what some of them got away with.

Ponzio revealed she asked the art department to print out a map of Beacon Hills, and they agreed to do so.

No one wants their favorite television characters to lose.

While watching a show, viewers are always rooting for those on it to come out victorious. Otherwise, we wouldn't be invested, and therefore wouldn't be entertained.

But, similar to real life, not everything is rainbows and butterflies. Sometimes, on television, characters need to experience something that, while is unpleasant, changes them for the better.

Lydia Martin from MTV's Teen Wolf is a prime example of this notion.

It feels safe to say that not everyone was a huge fan of Lydia at the beginning of the series.

Her quirky attitude may have come across as funny, at times, but she was a downright mean person who didn't care about anyone other than herself.

It wasn't until Lydia almost died, and she got put through the wringer that there was a noticeable shift in her.

She spent the entirety of Teen Wolf...

Teen Wolf: 10 Iconic Lydia Martin Lines
A lot of characters came and went on Teen Wolf, but Lydia Martin remained. In fact, she was the only female member of Scott McCall’s pack to remain on the series from the series premiere to the series finale. She appeared in almost as many episodes as Scott McCall himself. Lydia Martin might as well have been the supernatural queen of Beacon Hills.

During her reign as the town’s resident banshee, Lydia had a variety of one-liners. Sometimes, they were deep and meaningful, and other times, she was full of sarcasm. Regardless of her tone, Lydia Martin was always iconic.

"Not All Monsters Do Monstrous Things"

Lydia’s line here might as well have been the theme of the entire series. She made the comment to Meredith after the other banshee declared that her reasoning for...

Teen Wolf: 5 Reasons Lydia And Stiles Were Relationship Goals (& 5 Reasons They’re Not)
Teen Wolf set up connections between characters that didn’t always pay off. One of those was the connection between Stiles and Lydia. While Stiles admired Lydia from afar in the early days of the show, they didn’t become friends until season two—and more until much later.

It wasn’t always clear if Stiles and Lydia would foster a romantic relationship or a deep friendship. Both proved to be true by the time the Ghost Riders came for Stiles in season six. While much of their relationship was the stuff of a teen television fairy tale, there were also plenty of times the two simply weren’t relationship goals.

Teen Wolf: 10 Things Only Superfans Know About Lydia Martin
When MTV debuted their supernatural series Teen Wolf, Lydia Martin was one of the first characters to be introduced to what would become the show's dedicated fanbase.
