He suggests she prove herself by getting Greg Bruni (Danny Mastrogiorgio) in line, with the demon inside him starting to peep through. She does just that by cutting his finger off. She delivers it to the Manager, but even that’s not enough to get a promotion.

The lovely CBS folks did indeed drop a press release for episode 6. That means we do have a couple of spoiler scoops to share with guys. To get things started, we've got a title for episode 6. The producers have labeled it, "One-of-a-Kind." It sounds like episode 6 will feature some pretty interesting, traumatic, and possible action-filled scenes as Dylan and Lizzie investigate a dead body with art work. Ryan catches a new suspect. Now that it's officially aired and all wrapped up, it's time to take a sneak peak look at what's in store for the next,new episode 4, which is due out next week. Thanks to the lovely folks over at CBS, we've got a few teaser descriptions for episode 4 via their press release. So, that is certainly what we'll be referencing for this spoiler session. To get the ball rolling so to speak, we've got a title for episode 4. It's officially being called, "Big Splash." It's not the most unique title, but I like it. I feel like you can't really go wrong with a "Big Splash" title. Anyways, it sounds like episode 4 will feature some very dramatic, super intense, interesting and happy moments as a poor woman falls to her death, sparking a major investigation! Ryan discovers a new lead.

Heralding both a new filmmaking voice with director Pippa Bianco and breakthrough actor with Rhianne Barreto, Share was one of the more striking films I saw at this year’s New Directors/New Films. World premiering a few months earlier at Sundance, where Barreto picked up an acting award and Bianco earned a Waldo Salt Screenwriting Award, the drama examines sexual assault in the modern age with a distinct eye.

Ahead of a July premiere on HBO, the first trailer has now arrived for the film also starring Charlie Plummer, Poorna Jagannathan, J.C. MacKenzie, Nicholas Galitzine, Lovie Simone and Danny Mastrogiorgio. Jake Howell said in our Sundance review, “The aftermath of a sexual assault—the cell phone footage of which goes viral—is the subject of Share, writer-director Pippa Bianco’s debut feature film that deftly mines morose, intelligent drama from its entirely real scenario.”

Life can change online in an instant. That’s especially true for today’s teenagers, especially when it involves visual proof.

Such is the case in Pippa Bianco’s upcoming HBO film “Share,” which follows Mandy (Rhianne Barreto) as she tries to parse what happened before, during, and after a video that’s circulating among people at her high school. As she starts to find out more information about how she ended up unconscious and assaulted, that search for the truth permeates her school and family life.

Poorna Jagannathan and J.C. MacKenzie co-star as Mandy’s parents, alongside Charlie Plummer, Nicholas Galitzine, Lovie Simone and Danny Mastrogiorgio. “Share” is Bianco’s feature debut — her next directorial effort will be on a future episode of the HBO series “Euphoria,” which also addresses the many dangers and anxieties facing high schoolers.

HBO Films, in association with A24, has acquired Pippa Bianco’s debut film “Share” in a seven-figure deal, an individual with knowledge of the deal told TheWrap.

“Share” premiered Friday at the Sundance Film Festival as one of the 16 films in competition in the U.S. Dramatic section of the festival. The film will make its debut on HBO in 2019.

Bianco’s film is based on an acclaimed short of the same name that won prizes at the Cannes Film Festival and SXSW in 2015. Bianco also wrote the screenplay.

HBO has picked up Pippa Bianco’s Share in a seven-figure deal. The movie, which is based on the filmmaker’s short that A24 first acquired and developed into a feature, will air on HBO this year.

On Thursday, ahead of its premiere at Sundance, HBO Films took A24’s Native Son directed by Rashid Johnson in an eight-figure deal.

Share follows 16-year-old Mandy (Rhianne Barreto), who discovers a disturbing video from a night she doesn’t remember. She then tries to figure out the events that occurred and how to navigate the escalating fallout. Share made its world premiere on Friday at Sundance in the Us Dramatic Competition section.

‘Wow,’ I said to myself after watching this week’s instalment. ‘I don’t know what to make of that. I’ll mull it over.’ I still don’t know what side to settle on. Don’t get me wrong – I’m impressed, but sometimes it’s hard to come down on a balance and say that this was a ‘goodie’ or a ‘baddie’. I’m edging towards goodie, but let’s lay the bag of snakes out straight so you can decide for yourselves. From this point on, there are spoilers.

Plot Extravaganza!

This week’s plot features the avalanche of plot hurtling to the ground of narrative and the rubble of characterisation settling amidst the dust of some (not all of it, though) pretty shoddy writing. It begins with Oswald Cobblepot marching into police headquarters and announcing his presence after Gordon is meant to have killed him.

This debut season of Gotham has had its ups and downs as the series struggled to find the right balance between theatrical performances and gritty realism. The best stability so far has been struck in episode six, “The Spirit of the Goat”, a character centric episode.
