DeForest Kelley, the crass southern Dr. Leonard H. McCoy from "Star Trek," may have passed away June 11, 1999, but he still isn't forgotten by his two costars that shared not only plenty of screentime with him, but their lives as well. William Shatner (Kirk, Tos) and Leonard Nimoy (Spock, Tos), both shared stories about their late comrade during the recent Slanted Fedora convention in Las Vegas. According to Jacqueline from the Trekker Newsletter, Shatner had one last chance to talk to Kelley before he passed away.
