Spider-Man: Brand New Day has resumed shooting in Glasgow, and security has been tightened up as filmmaker Destin Daniel Cretton continues shooting what looks to be one of the movie's biggest set pieces.

This time, Spidey has been spotted using his wall-crawling powers to stand on the side of The Punisher's tank as it races through the streets of New York. It's clear the whole thing is being shot out of sequence, with it pieced together during post-production. Unfortunately for us, that makes it harder to figure out what's going on.

There's still speculation that we might see Frank Castle or The Scorpion on set, though we'd imagine anything as spoilery as that won't be filmed on location.

Slipping into the Spider-Man suit is nothing new for Tom Holland, but he admits putting it on for the first time for the upcoming Spider-Man: Brand New Day felt “different this time.”

Anna Was Upset Over The Mission And Worried For Josslyn’s Safety

Once Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) learned about the entire operation – which included Josslyn’s recent reconnaissance mission with Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) – she swiftly expressed her worries regarding Joss’ safety.

Additionally, Anna questioned how Brennan would handle a confrontation with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) if things didn’t go as planned; after all, he’s in an awkward romantic situation.

Naturally, Brennan dismissed the prospect of anything disastrous occurring since, from his perspective, this was just “standard stuff.”

In fact, he boldly proclaimed that he had every confidence Josslyn and Vaughn would return from Dalmatia unharmed.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day was shooting in Surrey, England, yesterday, and we now have some high-resolution shots of Tom Holland as Peter Parker. The hero's face shows some telltale signs of a brutal battle, suggesting this might be from later in the movie.

It's still hard to tell whether Zendaya was shooting scenes with Holland as Mj, though the actress is wearing her clothes and hair in a way that's not dissimilar to the McU's Michelle Jones.

Fake snow was being used for the scene where Peter leaves flowers at his Aunt May's grave, meaning his visit takes place during winter, similar to how things wrapped up in 2021's Spider-Man: No Way Home.

Interestingly (or perhaps not), the shape of Aunt May's grave has changed. It's strange to see this prop look even slightly different when Marvel Studios is usually pretty good with continuity. Regardless, we wouldn't read too much into this fairly minor alteration.
