Feliks Mironer was born on 14 January 1927 in Kiev, USSR [now Ukraine]. He was a writer and director, known for Uvolnenie na bereg (1962), Vesna na Zarechnoy ulitse (1956) and Ulitsa molodosti (1958). He died on 27 May 1980 in Moscow, USSR [now Russia].
