Reports indicate that Central Jaylil Pretham is a horror comedy that is set in the backdrop of a prison. The film is produced under the banner Indian Arts Studio. Sandhya Mohan has written the story as well while Amal K Joby will pen the screenplay and dialogues. Incidentally, Tamannaah had played the title role in Devi and its sequel Devi 2, both of which belonged to the horror genre. The actor is expecting the release of the Telugu movie That is Mahalakshmi, which is the remake of the critically acclaimed Bollywood flick Queen.
