Kemal Monteno was born on 17 September 1948 in Sarajevo, Yugoslavia [now Bosnia and Herzegovina]. He was an actor and composer, known for Last Christmas (2019), Anticasanova (1985) and Opasni susreti (1973). He was married to Branka. He died on 21 January 2015 in Zagreb, Croatia.
