Jonathan Morris
Londoner Jonathan Morris was born on 6 March 1949. As a child he was a juvenile actor in such films as 'I Could Go On Singing' but on leaving school he became trainee to his brother, an assistant film editor. Throughout the 1960s and 1970s he worked for ATV on series such as 'The Saint' and 'The Champions' with a spell as a dubbing editor for Tigon Films. Whilst working at ATV in the 1970s he specialized in documentaries, including with John Pilger and here he met director Ken Loach for whom he edited the political thriller 'Hidden Agenda' and whose regular editor he has been ever since.
