Production on Season 3 of The Night Agent began in late 2024 and carried on into much of 2025, and now it has been confirmed that production has finally wrapped. Season 1, which premiered in 2023, followed a low-level FBI Agent who finds himself at the center of a dangerous conspiracy while manning the phones during a night shift. Season 2 debuted earlier this year, proving to be a hit with critics with a score of 86% on Rotten Tomatoes. Now, fans can look forward to the release of The Night Agent Season 3.

Adam Arkin recently sat down with FandomWire on a virtual interview to talk about all that he has going on. With an array of new projects on his plate, he has been very busy this year. Starting off the year with the release of the second season of The Night Agent, he has now released the second season of Poker Face on Peacock.
While the series is doing very well among fans, FandomWire asked the director about what else is on the horizon for him. He revealed that he is working on a quite big project with the creators of The Night Agent, and it could give Netflix a run for its money.
“I went right into a block of episodes on Night Agent after the season on Poker Face had wrapped up. And I’m happy to report that I just found out last week that I’m going...

It's been a while since we had an update to share about The Night Agent season 3 as the upcoming season remained in production for much of the year, but we finally have some news directly from the creator himself. Peter Sutherland's next mission just got one step closer to hitting our screens as the third season officially hit the filming milestone that fans have been waiting for.
On July 14, The Night Agent creator Shawn Ryan revealed on social media that season has "officially wrapped production." Filming on the forthcoming third season began back in February 2025 before season 2 had even been released on Netflix. Because the shoot took the cast and crew to so many different locations, filming lasted through half of the year, but it's finally completed.

Even in its least interesting seasons (which isn't a dig by any stretch), David Shore's beloved medical drama, "House" always featured complex, multi-layered, and intellectually provoking recurring characters. Naturally, everybody had their favorites (Olivia Wilde's mysterious Thirteen was mine) for different reasons, but regardless of who you preferred, all of them were intriguing to some degree because of how they treated (and were treated by) Hugh Laurie's insufferably mean genius, Dr. Gregory House.
The fresh face in the penultimate season was Dr. Masters, played by Amber Tamblyn, a third-year medical student and intern who was extremely bright yet inexperienced due to her lack of training. She was smart and well-educated, but also too obedient and by-the-book, which irritated the hell out of House, since he usually went against the book and broke as many rules (ethical or otherwise) as needed to successfully diagnose every one of his patients.

In 2011, ABC created something magical with Once Upon a Time. It blended beloved fairytales and real-world storylines, and the fans loved it.
It began with two worlds: Storybrooke, Maine, and the fairytale realm, which expanded throughout the series into multiple fairytale realms, including Neverland, Camelot, and Oz.
The premise seemed simple. Young Henry Mills brought his birth mother, Emma Swan (Jennifer Morrison), to Storybrooke to break a curse and believe in fairy tales, including those of his adoptive mother, who had once been the Evil Queen (Lana Parrilla).
Regina and Emma will contemplate whether the alternate world is better. (ABC/Jack Rowand)
Simple, right?
Not so much, especially when Emma’s parents turned out to be Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin) and Prince Charming (Josh Dallas).

Hard as it may be to believe, it's been nearly 15 years as of writing since the first episode of "Once Upon a Time" aired on ABC in the fall of 2011. The series was a stroke of genius from "Lost" alums Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz, who harnessed the endlessly engrossing mystery box elements of the former program for a story that not only smashed together all the classic fairy tales viewers grew up with, but twisted them in surprising ways.
As is now expected of a show of this kind -- especially one that runs without a clear endpoint in sight -- constant reveals of secret identities, children, and parentages created a ludicrously confusing family tree that was further warped by retcons, alternate realities, and re-written timelines. Fortunately, it didn't take a cursed dagger or magical pen for us to make sense of it all, as we set out to...

House MD Outsmarted Breaking Bad & Game Of Thrones In 2008 (Photo Credit – Instagram)
Breaking Bad may have been redefining television with its slow burn and criminal transformation, and Game of Thrones was just beginning to build its fantasy empire—but in 2008, neither was the show pulling in the biggest crowds. That year, a different series quietly took the crown, and it didn’t need meth labs or dragons to do it.
It wasn’t set in a drug world or a fantasy kingdom. It took place in a hospital. House MD, the medical drama starring Hugh Laurie, was the most viewed television drama in the world, with over 81 million viewers worldwide—a number that even Walter White could not cook up.

Do you ever open your television and channel surf wistfully because you can’t find any show as good as Game of Thrones? We do so, too, but the good news is that we’ve found three amazing series that are available on Disney+, and they are all reminiscent of Westeros in some way.
These series may not be set during medieval times, but they all carry the same elements that made the hit HBO show thrilling to watch. If you dig political games, dark fantasy, and swashbuckling adventures, then look no further—we got you covered!

When I most unexpectedly reunited with the age-defying Ginnifer Goodwin on the Disney Upfront’s blue carpet earlier this month, I had recently gotten a Facebook “memory” about the Once Upon a Time musical episode, which aired eight years prior (and for which I was on-set, in March 2017).
So after talking a bit about her voice acting encore as police rabbit Judy Hopps in Disney’s Zootopia 2 (due in theaters Nov. 26!), I had to invite Ginny to reflect on Ouat‘s “The Song in Your Heart,” which aired May 7, 2017, saw her duet with husband Josh Dallas’ Charming, and teed...

“There’s a lady who’s sure all that glitters is gold…” Led Zeppelin wasn’t singing about Princess Diana in Stairway to Heaven, but doesn’t it fit? A shy teenager plucked from nobility to become the most photographed woman on Earth, her life was less a fairy tale and more a Greek tragedy dressed in Chanel.
Directors have poked, prodded, and probed Princess Diana’s story from every angle: as a grieving mother, a fashion icon, a lost soul, and even a hunted woman. Yet every film captures only fragments. Some humanize her. Others dissect her. A few nearly sanctify her. And The Crown? It treaded lightly, like walking on royal eggshells. No one gets it quite right.
Because Princess Diana was never just one story; she was a shattered mirror, each shard reflecting something beautiful, broken, and unrepeatable.

Once Upon a Time successfully reimagined many popular fairy tales over its run on ABC, earning a very devoted fan base over seven seasons. Fans have been interested in a reboot or revival of the show since it ended -- and one of the series' main cast members is ready and willing to go back.
While making an appearance at Disney Upfronts, Ginnifer Goodwin -- who played Snow White / Mary Margaret Blanchard for Ouat's first six seasons -- told The Hollywood Reporter that she'd be up for a reboot. "Absolutely," Goodwin replied when asked if she'd be interested in reprising her role again.

And she's definitely on board! Here's what she had to say to The Hollywood Reporter:

The Recruit and The Night Agent are two action-packed Netflix shows that share many similarities in the themes they explore and their settings. The Recruit follows Owen Hendricks (Noah Centineo), a CIA lawyer, while The Night Agent follows Peter Sutherland (Gabriel Basso), an FBI agent. The shows were released around the same time and overlapped while in development to the point where The Recruit had to change its title. Other characters in the show regularly call Owen the Chaos Agent, and series creator Alexi Hawley revealed to Deadline that the show was to be called The Chaos Agent. However, with The Night Agent also coming up on the same streaming platform, there was a risk of confusing viewers, which could affect viewership. Here's what Hawley said:

Let it never be said "House, M.D." let something as insignificant as facts get in the way of a brain-tickling mystery. For eight seasons, David Shore's Fox TV drama centered around the weekly cases of the titular, misanthropic, prodigious diagnostician and the team of doctors who spent almost as much time begging him to seek therapy for his assorted traumas as they did helping him diagnose his aggrieved patients. The show's actual medical accuracy ranged all over the place on a scale of remarkably correct to flaming garbage, but you know what? It had a damn effective formula, which provided a framework upon which the series' writers could hang all manner of soapy dramatics.
Although they would eventually escalate things to the level of having House drive his car into the home of his colleague turned ex-girlfriend Lisa Cuddy (Lisa Edelstein), the "House" writing staff started out simpler with a good old-fashioned will-they-or-won't-they.

Recently, Disney had the biggest flop of the year (so far) with their misbegotten take on Snow White. Many believe the reason the movie failed had more to do with the disastrous press run up to its release, particularly the outspokenness of star Rachel Zegler, who seemed to throw the classic story under the bus while promising the movie would be modernized. It wasn’t really – but over a decade ago, a truly modern, fresh redux of the Snow White legend actually was made. It was called Once Upon A Time and ran for six years.
The show starred Jennifer Morrison as Emma Swan, the long-lost daughter of Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin) and Prince Charming (Josh Dallas). In this new take on the classic fairy tale, Snow White, Prince Charming and other classic characters have had their memories erased by the evil queen (Lana Parrilla), who transports them all to a small town called Storybook,...

Netflix has another hit on its hands with "The Night Agent," developed by "The Shield" creator Shawn Ryan and based on the 2019 novel of the same name by Matthew Quirk. The series garnered attention as a political action thriller that follows low-level FBI agent Peter Sutherland (Gabriel Basso), whose father was accused of treason, leading to poor Agent Sutherland getting treated as suspicious as well. Despite saving a number of people during a terrorist attack on the metro, he's assigned to the frustrating role of "Night Agent," watching over a phone in the basement of the White House that seems to never ring ... until one day it does.
The first two seasons followed Sutherland as he tried to discover the identity of a mole somewhere high up in the U.S. government, and though he managed to discover quite a bit of corruption, it also came at a serious cost.

2025 sees two Disney live-action remakes hit theaters, Snow White and Lilo & Stitch. It also means it has been 15 years since Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland kicked off this trend that has dominated the box office despite audiences and critics deriving it. For a decade now, audiences have seen films from Disney's classic era(Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Pinocchio) and Renaissance get the live-action treatment to mixed results. Spoiler Alert: This story contains spoilers for “Yellowjackets” Season 3, Episode 7, titled “Croak,” streaming now on Paramount+ with Showtime.
The Yellowjackets have welcomed new additions to the hive — as hostages.

While waiting out a thunderstorm inside their tent, the scientists attempt to bond with Kodiak as they smoke a pine-flavored joint. Edwin jokingly suggests they call a...
