UPN brings trio's drama from 'Edge'
Veteran TV writers Michael Gleason and Alan Moskowitz have teamed with Penny Marshall to develop On the Edge, a one-hour drama project for UPN. The project, which has received a script commitment from the network, centers on a young female assistant district attorney trying to discover who murdered her parents while struggling with her alter ego bent on returning her to a life of drugs and alcohol. Gleason, Moskowitz and Marshall are executive producing with Tony Masucci. The newly renamed Lionsgate would produce. It's believed that Marshall would direct the pilot.
